The hours are horrible, I have been incapable of getting my medication on multiple occasions because of the hours, the only reason I still go here is because my insurance doesn't cover any other pharmacys.

Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met, no matter who you’re talking to. Every request is an inconvenience, they mumble in every call. Give them a week to fill a script and it still won’t be ready, they are some of the least knowledgeable people I’ve ever talked to. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. I’d leave instantly if my insurance gave me literally any other option. No way I can find to leave a comment for the hospital. No professionalism. It drives me insane, and has for all three years I’ve been forced to deal with them.

Since we are now required to use a Trinity pharmacy we chose St. Ann's. Best decision we could have made. Staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. They also have an app that makes it easy to order refills.

Pharmacy took prescription and didn't deliver it then it was closed when we were discharged. Medicine was unavailable. Never use this pharmacy awful hours disaster staff
