I was TERRIFIED when I found out my mom was brought here based on the reviews, however our experience WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
I am shocked by all the negative reviews & even comments people make about this place! My mom was taken to the ER early afternoon, was admitted that night & stayed for 9 days. EVERY SINGLE PERSON from every department that helped her out was SOOO NICE, you can tell how genuine they were in caring for her. She had a kidney stone blockage which turned into sepsis so she saw so many different team, each & every one of them were wonderful. Even the lady that would come clean her room was superb!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them here.
A big “thank you” to all the Drs & their team, you all were amazing!!

Dr David Griffin, is phenomenal hands down! He performed my surgery for a hysterectomy on 10/23/24, the surgical site is beautiful he is very knowledgeable, amazing and straightforward. I stayed 2 nights and a day afterwards, and was discharged 10/25. Dr Griffin made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable going home, and even had my prescriptions brought to my room, I've never seen that happen; I felt so special ?.
I recommend him to anyone in need of this type of surgery. The nureses and staff were amazing as well. They were empathetic and patient with me.
I am beyond pleased. I'm grateful to God that everything went great. I felt like he came from South Carolina just for me ?. I highly recommend 10/10 ?❤️❤️❤️

I am very grateful for the excellent care I received for a week at St Ann’s, 2E, after ankle surgery. The attending, Dr Chirravuri stayed engaged and even helped diagnose and treat my poison Ivy like reaction to an antiseptic used during surgery. The nurses and techs (Ruthie, Heather, Faduma, Nadira, Elisha, Kelly, etc.), were kind and call lights were answered quickly. I felt safe under their care. PT/OTs Nicole, Ebony, Lara jumped in with advice and useful exercises that I still do now 8 weeks after surgery. The food was tasty with many nutrient rich choices. X-Ray and Imaging good experiences since I’m in a wheelchair and can’t help with transfers. Emergency room was OK except they didn’t provide functional ice pack for my broken ankle. In all, the stay experience was 5 stars. The only thing positively abhorrent was the coffee, which is the worst, but smartly, there’s a Starbucks in lobby. Don’t hesitate to go to St. Ann’s hospital for orthopedic surgical recovery. Kwabena was fascinating and kindly and St Ann’s is fortunate to have him.

Had to go back second time, because they did not give me X. Rays on my first visit. They did not call when babies covid test came back positive. I had to call them after hours, so I didn't send him to school with other children and adults.

I feel happy to have been treated in an excellent way, I gave birth to my daughter in this hospital and I was totally satisfied with everyone's attention, I can say that I was in good hands ?

First off
The ambulance took my pregnant sister to the ER
I asked katelyn a women at the front desk I needed to see my sister
And she said (“ ummmm not idk you might have to wait , wait for 5 min than remind us” )
I waited exactly 5 min than i asked again
So she said “ummmm… until a nurse walked by and told her my sisters
Room # and too go head and let me in .
Why did i wait 5 min???
After that things got even worse
Mind you my sister is pregnant and she whent to be seen for blurry vision and headache
And they insisted on her getting an x-Ray … being well aware that has radiation and will be affecting the baby!!!!! Like why ??? And when we asked why chest x-ray ? If that had nothing to do for what she whent for … we waited more then an hour and no one to be seen so o proceeded on asking a girl upfront she was on her phone , i asked them to discharge my sister because i wanted to tale her elsewhere “she looked clueless and said, just wait on the nurse ill let them know, so i waited for about 10 min after that i went back to ask her and she was on her phone again , of course she could care less, she said the only nurse here is with a patient. (Btw she was a younger girl long blond hair sitts right on the corner of front desk
Usong her phone the whole time
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Def not recommending this place to anyone !
My sister was on that bed with pain and not being able to see and pregnant come on! And only 1 doctor !!???

Went in for a sinus infection for myself & stomach problems for my daughter. Didn’t even get to see a doctor, the lady never bothered to actively listen so here I am, nothing for my infection, pregnant & months out from my doctor’s appointment. No discharge papers or anything for my daughter. No one spoke to us about her diagnosis despite me asking for someone to. Felt rushed more than anything. Will go anywhere EXCEPT this hospital after that experience. ?

Hands down the best facility and team we have ever experienced. As a small family with extensive medical history on both sides, we are not new to the care during the hospital stay. Kasey, Mark, Trevor, Brittany, Chad, and my dad’s team of doctors were some of the most comforting and skilled nurses and doctors we have ever come across. The facilities were clean, and the care was overall top-tier. I cannot thank them and their team enough for taking such phenomenal care of my dad and our family during a tough time.

Here for Trinity health precisely, not mt Carmel st Ann hospital or the ER but Trinity health, to be precise which is at Mt Carmel st Ann. One star is given because i couldn't give a zero star. Trinity Health is a very horrible place with zero customer service at the font desk to begin with. A very very very very long wait when finally got inside to see a provider and at the end i couldn't even see a provider. Another provider came in and said is a place where they train providers mostly i can reschedule a visit after all the long wait or change a clinic if i want. .. a very very very bitter experience i have never seen before at Trinity health clinic!!
