Firstly, WONDERFUL store, i found so many items i needed for my little ones and the service was very great. I would like to send kind recognition towards Kevin Miller as he has helped me very much. When i was trying to find certain clothes, he helped me right away and he definitely knows what he’s doing. Please let him know about this as he deserves it!

I’ve been going here for years but the past few times the atmosphere here is horrible and not inviting. There is one specific employee Alison that has a bad attitude and snob face every time I come in. Every-time she has check me in when brought things in and it’s only been big items like swings high chairs and big toys she tries to give me the bare minimum. I had other employees that check me out say that’s too low for what I brought and I should have been given more. She gave me 3$ for a push toy that was not used for the fact my daughter walked before needing it and I go back in to see it listed for 15$. Didn’t make me feel comfortable selling and even buying from them now. You lost us as customers for sure, went to sawmill location they are way way better and way more inviting and more reasonable. Took 3$ gas to get there smh wouldn’t recommend try a different location. Past couple times I felt scammed

Brought in children’s Ralph Loren polo boys outfits brand new some and they didn’t accept anything races yet buying beat up damaged toys and very worn looking clothing’s and shoes horrible experience!! Never again !!

I have been doing business with this location for over 3 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience until I encountered an awful employee named Veronica. As soon as I entered the store and made eye contact with her, she gave me a disrespectful look. I was there on April 25, 2025 between 7:15 pm to 7:30 pm.
I began speaking with another employee, but Veronica ( wearing a pink tshirt) specifically called me over to her register. I told her I had a few items to drop off. She said, “We don’t accept clothes in a bag, they have to be in a box.” I responded that I’ve always dropped off clothes/stuffs in a box, but a few weeks ago, one of the staff members told me I could bring them in a bag. She replied, “Nope! Policy has been changed. Can’t take it.”
I politely asked if she could make an exception this time since I was following the guidance given by a staff member. She coldly said, “Nope! Policy is policy. Can’t do anything about it,” and then started ignoring me.
Really? I don’t understand how someone so rude can still be employed at a retail store, especially someone who clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers with respect. She could have simply explained the policy in a kind and professional manner. Unfortunately, some people only work for the paycheck and treat customers differently based on their color or race.
I live just a few miles from this location, but I won’t be returning.

I had never used this company before but I will say they have very reasonable prices with a clean store and polite staff! I felt nothing but welcomed and when I purchased as well as sold clothing I felt they provided very reasonable prices with selling and buying. I would definitely recommend 10/10 to everyone specifically this location too! They treated me like I was family and that’s the way to do business :)

Love their best sale of the yr save so much on spring and summer clothes for grandkids. Saved $42 today and purchased numerous named brands.

This is my favelocation !!
I live in Worthington and I drive past locations just to go to this one.
We even have a favorite employee ( Jess with the dark hair ) because of how thorough they are and really up-to-date with what's current and I really struggle with that . Having a young girl who is into fashion now it's been really hard but Jess Rose @ this location always knows the deals & events to make sure everyone can get what they want . I really would recommend

They don't buy things unless they've been professionally cleaned first. Despite the fact we saw filthy toys, beds and playsets all through the store. We will not return.

This place will not give you what your items are worth. Go to the location off Morse Rd. They are more reasonable and fair when you are selling items.

I just recently started shopping here as I am a new(ish) mom to a 1 income household. The staff is always helpful and friendly and love seeing my little one! I always find cute clothes that are new or barely worn for a great price! They always have a vast selection of toys and books as well. I like how this location has their toys accessible to my little one so I can see what she gravitates towards and end up purchasing (some locations have toys up on shelves so that children can't play with them)All OUAC locations offer bags for purchase or you can bring your own bag in.For sellers - this location ask that you call ahead before trying to bring items to sell and are allowing 1 bin/box of items to be dropped off at a time with a few days turn around.

Used to enjoy working with this store in the past, but continue to get told they are not accepting buys with different dates from different employees as to when buys will be accepted again.Appears they now also have a roach problem, which makes me uncomfortable bringing my containers or donation items home.Perhaps they should be more selective with buying to slow down unacceptable buy offers and help with cleanliness.
