My garbage disposal been leaking since I moved in year ago, multiple Maintenance came and every time they fix the problem comes back next day.Thanks to maintenance Michael who changed the disposal and placed with new one.I am happy now and I don't have worry about water leaking ever again ????????.

Been here for 2 years and love it. Staff is very friendly and helpful, neighborhood is safe, and units are a great price for the size. My hot water heater broke on a day when the office was closed and emergency maintenance replaced the entire unit within an hour.
