My wife and I worked with Thomas Hamrick and Jay Bialecki for almost six months. Have had two hard credit pulls. We done everything that was asked of us and still haven’t been approved/qualified for a mortgage. I’ve raised my credit score over a hundred points and all three are over 600 yet no preapproval. I’ve been lied to by both repeatedly. “If you do this, we will be good.” Several times over, still no progress. The realtor, Thomas Hamrick indicated we could see properties, only to end up coming up with excuse after excuse to not move forward. Same with Lender Jay Bialecki. I’ve done everything asked, including paying down credit cards and other accounts to the tune of several thousands of dollars and nothing is ever done right. How is it that I do EXACTLY what HE TOLD ME TO DO; and it still isn’t right?Please don’t waste your time with this company. I’ve down several thousand dollars for nothing. Over six months of time and efforts and empty promises. In addition I have two hard inquiries on my credit and my wife’s credit, for nothing. It is also worth noting the fact we agreed to not use my wife’s credit and he ran it a second time without even asking her permission.The customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. Emails, phone calls, voicemails, text messages, often unanswered altogether or for days and weeks at a time.People deserve the truth. People deserve communication and transparency. The home buying process is very stressful. We have three kids at home. An eight year old, and twins that are ten months old. We have worked very hard to get them out of a bad neighborhood. Just this week there was a shooting a block away. That could of very easily been one of my kids. Six months I wasted with Rapid Mortgage could of been used to get us a house by now. I feel completely discriminated against because of being poor and not have the ideal credit situation. Not my fault either. My wife and I make good money. We pay our bills. Our credit was a 750 until it was stolen and sabotaged. A couple companies did the tight thing by giving the debit. But our credit system is broken at best. Lenders like this are the problem, not the solution.

Company keeps calling my phone all day. I asked to remove and they just hang up. Today a guy called me brother and put a fake supervisor on the phone. I'm sure they are predatory lenders. Beware. They have 100 different numbers and its hard to block them. BBB here I come

Everyone at Rapid Mortgage was professional and friendly. They were with us every step of the way. From providing estimates on any house we considered to answering any and all questions. 21 day closing was a huge benefit.

I just purchased my families 1st house with Rapid Mortgage. They really did an amazing job. We closed in 21 days, they kept me informed every step of the way so I was never confused. They answered all 1 million of my questions I asked via text//call/email. It really was just a super pleasant experience.

They go above and beyond traditional mortgage lenders. Someone was available to speak with even after normal business hours. The communication was exceptional. I would definitely recommend their services. This was the best experience I have with a lender.
