Went into the store today with stitching coming apart on the toe box Of my boots, after speaking with Drake Moriarty He was able to replace those boots with the newer version. He showed great customer service great communication and great knowledge of the boots. I absolutely love redwing and will never wear another brand as long as I’m in my career.

Bought a pair of nice, heavy duty boots for work. After 4 weeks, they never felt right, so I took them in and Jeff swapped them for a better size, no questions asked!

High quality footgear, excellent selections on display, super experienced-competent-and-friendly sales person, amazing foot and sole electronic computerized foot measurement recording, and most important a salesperson who knows how to select and check to be sure of a perfect fit. It was fun breaking in my new work safety-boots. Most comfortable I've ever experienced. It sure helps because over the years my feet have been beat up. Thanks much.

Needed an insole for work boots. Guy was by himself and the store was busy. He looked up the boots purchased there, went and pulled an insole out of the drawer and checked me out. Super nice! Go to for boots and accessories.

First off I would love to give a big shout out to the guys that work at the Westerville Ohio Red Wing store. The two gentlemen I worked with there I believe it was John and Jason they went over and beyond for me getting me in the right pair of boots to have comfortable Happy Feet Again. I went in there with Achy sore hurting feet from standing long hours in a factory on concrete floors. And they did everything in their power to make sure that I left out in the right pair of boots with even a nice pair of inserts to go in them. Now I can truly say since I've gotten my new boots my feet have been very happy I haven't had sore feet anymore I haven't had sore ankles I haven't woke up in the morning and walked on feet that felt like I was walking on pieces of glass I truly got to say it was a real experience finding out about the Red Wing store in Westerville Ohio. It really was a great experience I will definitely be going back there from now on for all of my work boot issues and to get my work boots thank you to everyone that works there.

Friendly staff ,we're able to help me out, I have verry wide feet .they were able to special order a pair of steel toe boots that were in my size. And all that in the middle of covid lock down. Will always give them first Crack at my bisness .
