Ver comfortable place to stay. They have a very nice bar and social area. The design is full of details. Liked itRooms: Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom has a great shower.Walkability: Centric with lots of restaurants just some feet away.Food & drinks: The bar and the restaurant is great. Very nice dishes.

Stayed 1 night to attend a New yrs extravaganza that took place at the hotel. Room seemed so damp when we arrived. But assumed it was due it not being occupied in a while. Turned on the room fan and it seemed to help. After the event went back to the room to damp bed linen on both beds. Called front desk about it, they sent someone with 2 blankets. Had to call again to get additional bedding, this was also brought by someone who didn't even offer to assist with changing the bedding. At this point it's 2am. Went to bed, woke up to get out the bed and literally stepped in nothing but water along the floor under the windows. (My bed is right next to the window)The condensation was so thick on the windows it was causing a puddle that stretched along the the whole side of my bed. Left way before check out. Told the front desk about the room. Instead of empathy or just a "I apologize for an awful stay" the desk clerk immediately said "due to the fact you went thru a 3rd party we cannot adjust your rate" . Crazy part is I never mentioned anything about changing my rate, refund or compensation for my stay. I just wanted the hotel to take accountability. Something!. I guess in order to get treated properly at this hotel you have to reserve your room through them and not a 3rd party. The worst thing you can ever have at a business is bad customer service along with people who can careless about the customer.

Customer service on NYE was horrible! After driving 2 hrs from Cincinnati, booking an expensive room for 3 nights with a party, we weren't "allowed" to sit at the bar or in the lobby to watch the NFL game on NYE. Were told they were reserved but there were no signs... the 2 TV's were showing the games but they continuously approached people sitting there watching that they had to watch elsewhere. But more than that, barmaid Olivia was EXTREMELY rude!!! As much as these rooms cost, this restriction was unnecessary and unreasonable. So we're watching the game in our room. I could've stayed home for that.Rooms: Missing A LOT of amenities!

Wonderful experience! Went for our anniversary and they upgraded our room when we checked in. Staff are lovely and rooms are clean. Will be back.Nearby activities: Close to Polaris without being in middle of crazy traffic. Lots of restaurant options.Safety: In a good area. Felt secure there. Would stay there if traveling alone.Noteworthy details: Nice outdoor patio area, unfortunately too cold to use. Pool is lovely.
