Passing people at night and speeding. A van turning left almost side swiped them because Shamrock towing was passing people in the middle lane reserved for turning only.

Crooks, they tow legally parked vehicles then ransom them back to the owner. I will never go back to Columbus because of these crooks.

Got charged over $200. They got tie up with Worthington department and apparently they allow high fees for Towing cars immediately. These guys are fast when it comes to making money.

Criminal. That's what these folks are. My car was stolen and wafter a week of being missing Worthington Police recover it and since it was locked and without keys they towed it and put a police hold on it (which is all fine), this happened at 6pm on a Friday Evening I was notified on Saturday and they had closed for the day and I wasn't able to recover my car.
Come Monday, I find that in order to recover my car I am on the hook for $300, for a car that was stolen...
You read that right, I am the victim of a crime and they want to charge me.
The front office was rude and the "manager" and I got into an argument because they were afraid I would drive off with my car and not pay the 300$, despite having the police with me
Rude People.
Overall, I would give zero stars to this place if possible, they are based on my reading of other comments very much like this all the time.
10/10 avoid.

Contacted these guys. Was told 100 fee for truck and 5 dollars a mile plus tax. Explained i need a roll back because my car was AWD. no mention of extra fees for that. When the driver gets to my car NO ROLL BACK but he has a dolly. He asks me to move the car behind his truck so it would be easier. I do that. Long story short. They charge me extra for LABOR to use the dolly. When I requested to talk to a manager she refused to talk to me. Think three times before calling.

Dispatch answered phone before listed hours and was friendly and helpful. Driver arrived 15 minutes after call and was friendly and worked efficiently. Took good care to secure vehicle and navigated traffic to final location. Price was fair and support was great.

If you want cars towed, do not hire Shamrock Towing.
They refuse to tow cars that are blocking garages or even the entire road in a condo complex.
I'm beginning to feel that this business is a complete scam.

Never had my vehicle towed by these idiots, but they need to check their drivers before one of them ends up hitting a child flying down the road. I swear, I’ve seen them MULTIPLE times going WAY over the speed limit flying through my neighborhood off north high st, that is 25mph, and there’s a children playing sign as well! My son is also special needs, god forbid he happen to walk out there, and they’d never be able to stop, driving the way they do. Inexcusable!!

The driver damage my car when unloading it. Also, They didn’t complete the service and left my car in the middle of the street. they were very rude, and really unprofessional. When I called their customer service, I met with more insults.

Had to have a 1963 car relocated. Tasha took my information and did a great job. Shawn was the driver and was on time. He was very professional and took extra care as the car sets very low. At the drop off site he was almost able to put the car in the garage! I would recommend Shamrock. I will use them again. Thanks for the help Shawn great job!

'Scamrock' Towing will patrol areas and tow vehicles claiming they've been reported by others to extort money from individuals and steal belongings from inside them.
