I order here often enough that the staff know what my order is about to be when I walk in. I've heard the words, "There are about to be 4 hot dogs" come from the kitchen while ordering from the kiosk. I buy them 4 days a week (don't judge, I like what I like), so imagine my surprise when nearly every day they either have missing toppings, or more often, contain toppings I did not order. I understand accidents happen, but the lack of attention to detail makes me want to go elsewhere for lunch from now on. Check your order before you leave this location, folks!

Pulled up to order for first time at drive thru. Waited and somebody said over speaker that I had to touch the screen. Had to move my car closer and when I touched the screen nothing happened. Waited a reasonable length of time and touched all over the thing I just gave up and backed out and probably will never go to a Sheetz again.

They have the worst cashiers of all time. They leave people waiting in line for several minutes while out on the floor vacuuming and refilling cups and cannot make basic change. You would think if you signed up to be a cashier, you would at least have basic 3rd grade math skills.

I go to this often before heading into work. I recently stopped in and had an issue. I wrote to the company about it and in a matter of days received this hand written note. I am beyond impressed at the level of customer service that I simply don't expect from most gas stations, fast food stops and other quick stops. Because of their actions I will gladly keep shopping here.

Good place but typically overrun by teenagers on weekends who make a mess of the inside and cause wait times for food and drinks to be excessive. During the day it’s pretty nice though.

Never ordering from this store again. This is the 5th time I have placed an order late night and it has never arrived I am told that I will get a refund and they gave me the drink coupons but that is ridiculous why be open late if you can't guarantee your food will be delivered and this has happened multiple times I am done with this sheetz maybe they need a new delivery client
