I am so disappointed in this nail salon. Service was extremely rushed, the tools was not clean or sanitized, the salon just looked and felt just as dirty as their tools. I’m not sure it state board has visited them yet but I may give them a call to. It is VERY unsanitary. Be careful going here.

First time experience and probably my last. This place is in major need of an upgrade. There is so product/supplies on the ground and basically on any surface. Definitely in need of some organization and a bigger space. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but a unconventional to say the least. She cut underneath my nails and made them bleed. She "dried" my toenail polish with a piece of mail, waving it back and forth. She then wrapped my feet in plastic wrap for me to go home in so that it wouldn't mess up the nail polish but it did the opposite and smeared the polish.

I asked multiple times not to do my nails thick. The nail tech did them thick anyway. She did my fill in a different color than the color I have on. Then charged me extra because SHE did the wrong color. I'm ver unsatisfied. And she dumped my monomer back into the bottle after my service instead of disposing of it the way she was supposed to! I will never go here again

Absolute TRASH‼‼ I have been going now for just a few months every other week & each time becoming worst than the last. After I requested that my old set be soaked off in order to save my natural nail; the guy proceeded to butcher all of my nails by filing & clipping them all off. I then requested a simple a$$ red polish base with gold sheet flakes scattered & I was refused that service bc oddly after i sat down to be serviced, none of the nail techs had time to do WTH I requested so plain red polish was settled for, which was smudged when I realized he threw my purse on the hand dryer open & upside down I picked my belongings up & asked for him to fix the 2 smudges & he did so fast & sloppy not even smithed out saying yet again he didn't have time!! Well MF get tf out the way & find someone with time or close the mf shop today WTH

If I could leave 0 stars at this point I would. It's one thing to have my nails repeatedly messed up, and deal with the fungus I've gotten on my toes from here, IT'S ANOTHER TO HAVE MY SISTER CALLING ME CRYING AFTER THEY CUT TF OUT OF HER HANDS AND THEN STILL messing up her up her nails THREE TIMES after she nicely asked them to please not make them so thick and wide, telling her they're dry to leave when they were not, and then left a chunk missing. I am utterly disgusted. A Bad job is one thing, but terrible customer service and cutting tf out of my little sisters cuticles having her bleed from five different spots IS ANOTHER. Her cuticles are RAW. Literally ridiculous. I am so upset right now. I was on the phone with her every time she left and walked back in from the parking lot, too shy to go back in, but after talking her into going back in to fix the service she already paid for and tipped well for (we are in the service industry and know how to tip) they still managed to ruin them and be rude after she was incredibly humble and polite. THIS IS RUDE AND CRUEL

My favorite nail salon while here in Ohio. I’m a travel nurse who loves having her nails done. These women are perfectionist. I’ve never had a nail tech that was as detail oriented as the women that work here. I highly recommend!!!!

The employees are extremely friendly and it was a nice experience. My pedicure was phenomenal, but my gel finger nails came off in less than a week! I'm hoping I can call them and they can redo my manicure. We'll see!!!!

Horrible place!!!! Horrible nails and got charge 70 dollars for only 10 stones from dollar tree!!! please ask for a receipt before paying! I would never recommend this place!!!!

Steve is the best! I tried several salons to get my nails done in this area ( Little Turtle). And either they did a bad job or there was drama going on, but at Sunny Nails I always get great service and look beautiful!!!
