We go here weekly, they have a big variety of supplements. Josh is great and seems to have tried everything in there, which is nice to ask his opinion of flavors. Also they have a big variety of energy drinks.

The man with the Mohawk who normally works during the week has poor customer service skills and is no help when asking for advice, almost seeming to be annoyed to help and very short when asked about a product. He also lied to a friend of mines saying she can’t return a supplement which was not opened, he told her she can only exchange when I personally returned supplements to that location. Overall I’ll rather drive to the Pickerington location due to the staff at that location is a lot more helpful and patient.

The customer service was bad. The guy working made a snarky comment when I asked about the price of a product. There was three guys standing in there talking while I was looking and none of them greeted me or asked if I needed any help. Don’t go to this location if you are gonna have any questions.

Im a good client and I used to buy my supplies here .But the guy that works there the majority of the week there is not very helpful .He seems to be mad all the time , when you ask him a question he always answers in a very mean way . He always say I don’t know ,What’s your question ? I don’t. Understand … I don’t. Know you what exactly do you need ?If I know exactly what or what I want , I won’t ask him and I’ve buy my supplies online .When you go to GNC they always are ready to answer and help …Not here .Okay , if you need help just go on Monday’s or Friday’s . Other than that just wait for a really bad service .

Best place to get supplements! I have been getting my supplements from Supzilla for about 3 years and currently moved out of town. I couldn’t find anywhere that offers all my supplements so I called and asked if I could order over the phone and I received my items in 2 days after ordering. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

I’ve been in there twice now and Mark has given me nothing but solid advice. I went in there to get a refill on an awesome product he referred me from my first visit a few days ago. While I was in there I had questions on pre-workout. And that’s where Mark took another opportunity to really share his skills in the industry to help me understand that I needed a carb drink vs a pre workout. And let me tell you, he was right! I went in there with more power and fuel to lift my new PR in deadlift, 405lbs! Mark really takes the time to make sure you’re buying what you need and helping them gainz! Looking forward to continuing business here for years to come.
