Manager at this location is RUDE! dropping f bombs and cussing clients out, as well as speaking ill of other customers in front of customers (calling people karens and laughing about it in front of other employees and clients).

Everytime I go into this store I am pleased! The customer service is incredible! They always speak when I enter and they always answer all of my questions! Seth is amazing!! He is always willing to help even when I'm frustrated because TMobile done did something that I was not happy with!! I will recommend this store to my friends in the future!! I love this store and the people who run it!!

Seth did a great job of answering all my questions about setting up a new account today. He ordered me a new phone and set up a new router. I will recommend my friends to ask for him.

Store is literally worthless. They are not corporate owned and unable to do anything helpful with returns. I have been here multiple times over the years, leaving frustrated. They also have extremely arrogant and rude employees (Seth specifically) that gives an even worse experience. Store has been closed multiple times during operating hours as well. Do yourself a favor and find another tmobile store.

Went in to get some info on switching carriers and iPhone 15 promotions for my wife and I since we were still rocking iphone 12’s… Seth was the man. He helped us out, hooked us up, and we walked away with confidence in our new plan, new iPhone 15’s (pro and pro max) and new internet service. In the end, we have brand new iPhones, faster internet, and a lower monthly payment (phone + internet). Highly recommend these guys at this location.

The worst experience ever , people that work their are rude and have attitude as the other reviews were saying , oh and just to let you know I went to another store and they help and were very helpful not rude as you are.

I have used this store location several times and have always had great experiences, staff in past have always been helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately today when I visited this location to return a promotional product I was assisted by Seth and I was very displeased with his professionalism. He had a poor attitude and was not understanding with something that was supposed to be a simple return. I have been with T-Mobile for approximately 20 years and not until today did I ever want to cancel all my services with the company just based on my experience with this specific person (Seth). Thank goodness the customer service with a representative over the phone was much more pleasant because T-Mobile could have lost a customer just based on my interaction today with Seth.

T-Mobile has been my internet provider for a couple years. I started having issues on April 11, 2023. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve the issues. Every time I called I was told different information: tower is down, gateway is bad, SIM card is bad, construction in the area and so on. After replacing the gateway and then the SIM card, it worked intermittently for a few weeks. Then suddenly, it completely stopped working again. That was when I was told it was because of construction in the arewith no resolution in sight. I assume if I had not reached out I they would continue to deduct my payments without providing services. I finally couldn't give them anymore of my time and money, and canceled. The irony is that they will email a label for me to return the gateway. Unfortunately, I don't have internet in order to print it. I will say: every time I called customer service they were attentive, empathetic and seemed to want to help. Much better than in-store service.

They get an attitude when they have help you further with things, NOT HELPFUL! I was advised by T-Mobile to go into a physical store because they couldn’t help me with my specific concern over the phone, Let’s just say my issues/concerns were not resolved!

Not very helpful staff. Other than setting up the account they did very little. Why even have a store, i could have done everything thay did myself online.
