This gas station is supposed to be able to use Kroger Loyalty Point but the “system” is always down or not working! It happens all the time! Shame on you Kroger for tolerating a crappy gas station affiliated with your program. Shame on the gas station for not fixing whatever is broken to serve customers!

The pumps do not complete transactions and dont give proper points. I tried 2 pumps and neither gave points discount. Went inside and they offered only 3 cents. These stations are crappy all over.

I don't know what is going on here but over the last 3 weeks apparently no one who works there knows how fuel points work, i had to drive to another location and pay 30 cents more to be able to use them. And the one girl is so high all the time she can't count money and puts prepay on the wrong pump.

Don’t waste your time using fuel points at this gas station as there always seems to be something wrong with their pumps and you end up wasting your time and get major frustrations.
Also it seems like when you can use points, my 5 gallon containers are always short of the full line when the pumps say 5 gallons has been put in.
Will try to contact attorney general’s office to check.
So bad.

At the pump, when you try to pre pay with a card and you decline the car wash option (like most people do), it declines the whole transaction automatically. When I was forced to go inside and pay, I asked them about it and they were like, 'Yeah we really need to get that fixed.' I don't foresee them fixing that anytime soon. That was the vibe I got. Definitely avoiding this place for awhile.

I love coming to this location for my late night run. GQ is the night shift cashier and he is hilarious and super friendly. Every time I come in he greets me with a smile, we make a few jokes, and have a good time.
