Yesterday I went to the Westerville UPS Store to send an item back to the business I bought it from. I was very impressed with how well this store treated its customers. The employees were all knowledgeable and friendly. I observed that the questions customers had were fully and clearly answered. The employees partnered with customers to find appropriate shipping solutions. The store was clean, well-organized, and efficient. It is obviously well run by management. I wish that all businesses were operated in this manner; it reminds me of a past era in which the customer always came first! I will continue to give them my business and will recommend them to others.

Exemplary customer service and hard-working team. It's usually busy with customers and a line to wait, but the staff remains calm, attentive and kind to whatever you need. I cannot compliment them enough for the impatience they must deal with on a daily basis, yet they always serve with energy and enthusiasm. Keep it up!

I have been a mailbox customer with the location for the better part of 10 years (made the transition from their last address). They have been so kind and thoughtful ...helping me in every way they could through some hard times for my family.If you m=need mail services in the area: this is the place to come.They are professional, well-trained and offer guidance on who best to send important documents and packages.

This store absolutely DOES NOT deserve all these 1-star reviews because you have to wait in line. I've been to 2 other locations who REFUSE to give me a receipt for my Amazon drop-off, one location, the owner was rude and obnoxious. THIS IS THE ONLY UPS STORE between Lewis Center all the way to Westerville that actually provides good service and doesn't give you a hassle when asking for a receipt. Perhaps the long line is because everyone is doing the same thing that I do! Go where the service is good. Trust me.. waiting in line is nothing compared to terrible service and a refusal of a receipt for Amazon. I will gladly wait in line just for the fact I know that when I get to the counter, I will be treated as a valued customer.

Kudos to the employees who kept their cool when a customer dropped off several trash bags full of heavy, bulky packages in front of the counter then walked out the door without giving a thought to the staff member who then had to lug all of the bags onto the counter to scan. Luckily there were several customers in the store who pitched in to assist. I guess this guy is more important than the rest of us so is entitled to dump and go without a thought as to what the store staff might have to do to take care of his packages and make sure they arrive at their destination promptly and intact. In my experience at this location, despite the crowds and lines, the staff remain courteous and efficient and deserve to be treated with more respect. Thank you for doing your job!

One of the worst UPS stores in the area. They have one person at the counter while there is a line out the door. Two or three employees in the back gossiping instead of helping the line. If you pay in advance and print your own label you can not just drop off at the counter. You have to stand in the long line for 30 minutes. No sense of urgency or effort by the staff. The manager, not sure of her name… just incompetent. You will hear her gossiping on the phone instead of helping customers. I will not be going to this mess of a store again.

I love going to this UPS Store. Even when they are busy, the staff is friendly and patient. You know that, when it is your turn, you will be treated with the care and attention you deserve. I appreciate good customer service and this is always great customer service.

The store has decided to not allow you to walk in and just drop off your package anymore. They want you to wait in line for drop off. I drop off multiples more packages than a normal consumer (for work). Unless it changes, I am going to stop having employees stop in to buy incidentals and ship their own packages there. Might sound a little harsh, but the only way I can talk is with review and where I spend my money. Best of luck. Hope you change your policy.

I have used this location for years to drop off prepaid packages. Today I was told the store no longer takes drop off packages. I understand that it is a busy time for shipping, but it's hard to believe that this is good business practice.
