I cringe every time I see USPS is delivering my package. By far the worst carrier; packages are rarely on time. For example, an Amazon package arrived at the Westerville USPS facility at 6:10 AM, at 8PM that evening the package has been rerouted to a different address. The facility is literally five miles from this house. How do you screw this up every time?

I am in here several times a week to send out shipments for a small online business I run. Staff have always been friendly and the service is quick. Lots of shipping materials on hand as well which is very convenient. Excellent location as well.

I walked into this establishment expecting to send my mother in law her Birthday cards with no issue. Until I got into the line of agent 77. I asked her about the pricing because my mother in laws birthday is in 3 days and I wanted to see if her card to get to her before her birthday. Representative 77 went on to say either way its not a guarantee no matter what option is picked. I then said Ok that is fine I will stick with the second option which provides a 2 day window as well she goes on to say that is still not a guarantee I then said ok I am aware I still am picking the same option . She then starts making smart remarks under her breath as I am trying to pay then she walks off . I still cant pay because she just walked off so I waited as I was unsure why she walked off. Then I ask the representative next to her if he could help me . During this whole time you could hear her in the back yelling very loudly She tried it today she got the right one I am not going to play with her in reference to me when I did nothing wrong . You could hear her clapping her hands loudly while saying this which is very intimidating and embarrassing. So the representative next to her went and got a manager when he was done helping his customer and then representative 77 came back as well saying I don't know what happened to my system unless he did something to it referencing to the nice agent who worked next to her. I wish I had him this would have not happened if that was the case. Representative 77 went on to call me Miss pearly which is rude and disrespectful as that is not my name . It actually was insulting because I am African American and that clearly was her racially profiling me . All of this was done in front of the manager who was right there and he still did not say anything he did not calm her down or ask her to not treat me that way. At this time I was able to finally pay and representative 77 Says do you want me to line up your receipt for you miss pearly and she threw the receipt at me which. This whole situation was embarrassing and very disrespectful . I don't know how they are allowed to treat customers this way. This establishment is very unprofessional they disrespect you and expect you not to defend yourself . This needs to be addressed this is unfair to customers to be treated this way and humiliated in front of others then to be blamed for something I did not cause .

The workers here are incompetent and inconsiderate. They lose mail, and have no care or concern for people’s items being lost or stolen. Do not mail or drop your belongings off here. It will get lost, and the employees will NOT care. Despicable behavior.

Michael Pascua should be fired. This location will lie to get you to go away. Michael poses as someone that will help then proceeds to ignore emails, phone calls and visits to the post office for months until he thinks you gave up. They are extremely disrespectful.

So, I bought an item online on March the 19th how about every time I check on my status it’s saying it’s pending acceptance ! It’s been 12 days!!! They have not answered the phone and I need to know if my package is lost! I’m beyond upset because my mail has never taken that long! I’m furious and I need to talk to someone now! That $300 dollars down the drain . Because if I have to drive all the way to Ohio to get my package, i eill report to the state

3/10/25 around 3:30pm. I hate to leave negative reviews but this was a mind boggling scenario. I visited this location with the sole purpose of submitting a passport application. While un-prepared, the curly haired gentleman informed me that they only accept 4 walk-ins a day, and if someone were to come in prepared they would automatically take my spot, the painfully dismissive and condescending attitude didn’t seem necessary but, fair enough. I retrieved an application and begin filling it out with all of my necessary documentation. It was a busy day and the 15-person line piling up was already getting aggravated with the speed of service. However, you usually know what you’re getting into when you come to a USPS location, so no reason to be upset. The gentleman never confirmed or denied whether or not I was to jump the line and go to the desk when done, or wait. To be courteous and since he already seemed aggravated by my presence for some reason, I waited through the line. At some point while finishing the application, a woman and a child came in also unprepared and he gave them the same instructions. They stepped to the side and began filling out their application, frequently asking for clarification and instruction. When I finally was the next in line after 30 minutes of waiting, this man looked at me and said that’s 4 and waved over the child and woman. I said that I had watched them walk in and he replied nope they got here awhile before you. The fact that he watched me wait in this 15 person line just to get one over on me at the end shows what kind of operation they must be running here. How could you trust these people with social security numbers and sensitive information when things as unorganized, ego-fueled, and just downright confusing are happening under their supervision? Anyways, I will not be returning, some staff needs a wake up call.

Very poor customer service here. There were two employees and only one other customer in post office. I had a few simple questions, as I had never sent an important document via certified mail before, female attendant was very rude and dismissive. As I filled in the mail to address, she walked away from me…never to return! I asked male employee if he could help me. At this point, I simply needed to pay, hand over the certified letter to be mailed. He was polite enough, but I could not believe how awful other employee was…who walks away from someone you’re supposed to be helping? Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I must say this, It is very very poor and disappointing Service from USPS.
On 05-Dec-2025, I sent a package from Columbus, Ohio to India. Unfortunately, the package went to New Zealand was delayed by more than 90 days, and when it finally arrived, it was of no use. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and did not provide a satisfactory resolution and refund.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I hope USPS can improve their delivery times and customer service to prevent such issues in the future.
