I arrived here today for a routine oil change. This location is always my go to, I’ve visited numerous times over the years. Today there were 2 separate lines of cars waiting for bay 1 and bay 2. I pulled into the line for bay 1. My line happened to move fast than line 2.When I was next, a gentlemen walked out and asked if I had arrived before or after the car next to me. Both myself and the car next to me were the next cars in line to be serviced. The cars currently being serviced in front of us, inside the garages, had entered within maybe a minute or two of each other.I told the worker, I had arrived after the car next to me. They asked if I would politely back up and allow the car next to me to go next rather than me go next. I said yes because I felt like I had no other option and the car next to me pulled in front and was serviced next.I’m not going to be petty, I understand having the car next to me be serviced is the right thing to do, first come, first serve. I get that. My issue is, for YEARS now, I have been the first to arrive before someone else and never once have been offered the opportunity to go next because I had been waiting longer. They always go by the order of each line. If you’re going to implement this practice, be consistent and offer it to everyone. Otherwise you’re giving special treatment to some which can negatively impact your business as I now will not be returning.I did back up and drive off without getting the service I needed.

I have been going to this place for oil change for probably over two years now, I have never really had any problems with them before until my last oil change, which was around October 20th 2023, this review would have been out long before this time, but nevertheless, I think I have time to get it out now. So I went in for a regular oil change because my car was due for one, I usually alternate oil change with them and Toyota. I went in with my car, no mechanical issues, my car driving perfectly fine, I told them what I was there for, they checked my car and told me to wait in the car as usual while the do the oil changed, there was a young guy by the computer that scanned my car and a young lady that was directly doing the oil changed. After a couple of minutes she was done, she told me to start the car and stepped on the gas pedal, which I did per her instructions, and I noticed my car vibrating and before I knew what was happening my engine light was on and most of the other lights came on, I asked the guy next to my window, what was that? I mean the guy that scanned my car, I told him what was happening to my car and that, this was completely new, he looked me straight in the face and told me that “this happened sometime after oil changed “ I told him I have been doing oil change and I had never experienced this, my window glass were done, so the young lady that did the oil change walked to him and said “ I think I made a mistake, I probably didn’t fix something right” I truly respect her for that. And then this said guy told me he needs to go talk to his manager and he will be back, I said okay, how I was I remember his name, he came back open the car bonnet and asked me to start the car, which I did, he told me he has figured out what the problem was, that a plug was disconnected and that it was like that when I came me, I was speechless! I didn’t say a word, he continued to defend, justified and shifted blame on me. I hold my peace and didn’t say a word to him. Assumption is a terrible disease, If you ever come across this review, I want you to know that mistakes are part of human nature, and owning up to them makes you even more human, I’m not stupid as you have assumed I was, you were only making a fool of yourself and you also thought me never to spend my money at any place that doesn’t respect me enough as their customer to say “Sorry “ or acknowledge that they are in the wrong. You are a pathetic human and shouldn’t be in customer service. You told me I came with the problem, but not one single light was on when I came in. I will have love to add your name to this review so your supervisor will know you for who you truly are.

We only trust Valvoline for our oil changes and this store proves why. I stopped in today for an oil change and they were so friendly and thorough, they noticed my belt was going bad and my brake lights weren’t working, I was getting my car ready for a road trip and I had no idea! Both Nia & Visko (sorry if I spelled it wrong) made sure everything was good to go before I left, they changed my belt, light bulbs and did my oil change in no time and the price was great too. Knowing my belt has a life time warranty is worth every penny too! I couldn’t have had a better experience at this location, will definitely be back! Those two were a dynamic duo for sure, thank you so much!!

Just moved to the area and haven't had issues with valvoline before so I didn't think anything of it. I've had my car for a few years now and at the beginning of the year had my tires replaced and they checked my battery. I went in tonight and was told I needed a new one, they checked it twice. I was like that doesn't make sense, my car is fine. I drove down the street to an autozone where they checked it. Of course my battery was fine and they told me I was lied to. I don't know why this is okay to freak people out and tell them something is wrong to try to get them to spend more money. Hopefully nothing else is wrong with my car, I drove it home just fine. I just don't think its okay to lie to someone to get them to spend more money.

So I been going to the suburu dealership in Dublin for years to get oil changes, I decided to use Valvoline cause it’s just a mile away from my house. I Been now a couple times and the team is always great and friendly and professional, Vasil was great and Macy was wonderful. Will definitely be back!!

stripped drain plug and said there’s nothing they can do about it. have records that they were the last ones to touch it for a few times now. sent with a new drain plug to fix by myself…Service: Oil change

I have been taking my cars there for Oil, Transmission Fluid changes for a couple decades.Good service, good products, easy to get the work done.I'll go back again the next time I need my Oil, Transmission Fluid changed.

Horrible, absolutely horrible, my son took one of our cars there for basic oil change and they left screws out of my skid plate and it is damaged and dangling now, I went back and asked them to fix it, then they just tried to rush me through, and I even heard them say "zip tie it" so when they said I was good to go, I pulled forward, but got out and checked it, before driving off, it is missing screws and flapping around. So a tech or manager (I don't know) tried to jam some screws in, and I said you guys left them out, so go to NAPA and buy some more and make it right.Everyone is in such a hurry and wants to shortcut everything nowadays and true customer service and caring about doing a good job and doing what you are getting paid for is totally out of the window.So, my point is if these companies would stop rushing their employees for the sake of a dollar, and let them do their job the right way the first time, it would garner more repeat business.What if they left my filter loose or the drain plug loose and my son was on the highway and it fell off, it could be tragic, all because someone didn't follow standard work instructions or was being rushed, or worse yet, like most, just don't care and have poor work ethic, and no desire to excel.

When I arrived Kayla was extremely welcoming and kind. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had getting an oil change. Incredibly efficient, friendly and professional.
