“I could NEVER say ANYTHING bad about FIVE BELOW! So what....I mean....it's ALWAYS hectic! Things aren't necessarily where they are supposed to be....and every time I go it turns into a scavenger hunt! BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I honestly believe it's my FAVORITE part about going to FIVE BELOW! I could spend hours in that place! While, I dont think one store is superior over the other....this is my favorite location! I go sporadically throughout the year...but Christmas time is the best time of the year to visit FIVE Below! It definitely puts you in the Christmas Spirit!! The employees definitely deserve a shout out because they have the patience of saints....my daughter likes to walk around the store, find a random toy, and then ask any employee she can find how much it is....OVER AND OVER....may I add....lol....and bless their hearts, they just answer her with a big smile on their face! “I can’t say enough great things about this Five Below location. The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, which makes shopping there such an easy and enjoyable experience. On top of that, the employees are consistently amazing—friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind.
I especially want to share how grateful I am for their honesty and care. I accidentally left my wallet at the store and didn’t even realize it until the next day. When I went back, the employees had safely kept it for me, and everything inside was exactly as I left it. That kind of integrity is rare, and it meant so much to me.
