“This venue is truly outstanding, and we’re so glad we chose it for our 50th celebration. We hosted about 145 guests with a DJ and full food service, yet the space still felt comfortable with plenty of room to mingle, walk around, and dance.
John was wonderful to work with—very attentive, accommodating, and patient. He listened to all our requirements, supported our decoration and planning needs with ample setup time, and worked closely with us to ensure the lighting and sound were perfect throughout the event. He also helped us set up a well-curated bar with a great selection of beverages for our guests, which everyone appreciated.
The location is convenient and offers plenty of parking, making it easy for guests traveling from nearby areas. We will certainly prioritize this venue for future events.

“Edit: They've moved to Campus since my first review. Different but positive vibes with a more professional, adult-focused space and lounge feeling, still lots of systems, professional and helpful service getting set up, and several areas with larger couches and big screens. The new bar and food options are great.
Original: Great facility, TONS of systems (4 rows of 14 plus the Arena?) everything is very clean and high quality. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. I showed up randomly during the middle of a busy tournament and they found me a spot and took time to help get set up with an xbox controller. Thanks guys!”
“Building was clean and temperate. Operations followed well. Traffic patterns, while clearly marked, were a bit tedious especially late at night and GPS does not line up with them. Restrooms were not great though. Faucets, sinks and soap pumps are all falling off the wall in the building the home and garden show was in, any of the vendors there probably can fix it for them...”
“I have taken art classes here for the last 4 years. The instructors are fantastic, a great balance of teaching and independent work time. I always learn something new.
Often times they have events in the gallery upstairs that draw a good size crowd for each event. They have strong community support!”
“The center is a nice building to have a function there. Restrooms are nice and clean and handicap accessible. Plenty of parking. The one issue that they don't tell you is that you need to exit the parking lot at the street behind the building in order to turn left on the olentangy road.”

“Good place to see a movie! The seats were not very comfortable mainly because they did not have enough leg room. The theaters' halls smelled very unpleasant. But overall, it's pretty good!”
“The Gahanna Sanctuary is a wonderful place for a wedding. The space was perfect for all of our needs. We had the wedding in the main area and plenty of room for the tables to be set up and ready in the back. We also used the additional area for appetizers, easily for 100 people. Plenty of cool air conditioning and all of the tables you would ever need. Plenty of parking and even outside seating. Glad we went with the Gahanna Sanctuary.”
“The Alpha Group hosted its annual fundraising event at Brookshire and we had a really good experience. The room was already beautiful, the food was great and the staff were helpful. We had 175 people in attendance and it was the perfect fit.”
“Attended annual Halloween event and it was a great experience. Since it was raining sporadically the crowd was lower than expected.Admission was free for us since we are members so I am not positive about the cost.”
“Villa Milano and their owners are amazing! I was very grateful for this venue. We had a LifeWise Academy/Olentangy Dinner/Fundraiser there and they worked with us every minute, every step of the way! We had people add on last minute, we had food allergy needs, and we needed to make the stage work for our needs. They coached us through all of it. They are so experienced in what they do, their sound system, the lighting capabilities, their screens, their entrance and table experience, their space...all of it was so professional and beautiful. They allowed us to put our own decor in where we wanted, but all blended with theirs. Their food menu has so many great choices, and our two entrees were incredible along with our two dessert choices. Their salad was outstanding! The wait staff that helped serve our tables was incredible. I would highly recommend their venue for any event from Dinners, to Fundraisers, to weddings, whatever your needs are, they seem to be able to meet the need!”
“I attended the Open House on Saturday, April 24, 2021 and I was blown away. The owners were very professional and personable. The courses that were catered by Fat's Catering were beyond delectable. “We stayed for 1 day and on a Monday, so I don't know how helpful I'll be. That said, we enjoyed our stay. It's a very pleasant hotel, clean, large rooms and a wonderful staff. The indoor pool was warm with abundant towels and we had the place to ourselves. We'd stay again.”

“We love Fun town! Our daughter has been going since she was a little over a year old. The facility is very tidy and has age appropriate toys and games. They host parties too! My daughter also really enjoys the summer camp! The whole staff is wonderful and professional and they care for your children as their own!!!”
“Very friendly staff. Very very clean place, it even smells clean! Reasonably priced and they have memberships for more frequent visitors. This was our first time here and our boys, 1 & 2, loved it! We want to come back and have their birthday party here in the future! Definitely recommend if you have toddlers :)”
“I had my daughters 1 st birthday party here and it was amazing! Brandy and her staff were very responsive from the beginning in helping me plan the event. She meticulously laid out the details for the party and everything was executed as planned. Our event was supposed to be outside but the morning of it was raining. Brandy moved everything into their inside space without a hitch. Not to mention our party was during COVID-19 and they had all the safety measures in place to make sure my guests were safe and following CDC guidelines. The price was reasonable and I would totally use this space for another event.”
“I had my wedding reception there a year ago almost, it was a very nice place. The owner Iris is so nice,you get a lot hours for your money. Even though it rained on our wedding reception day we had a nice reception the owner even put bags of ice in the fridge for us.Very spacious kitchen with all you need and three restrooms for your guests use. Also, the owner owns other amenities if you would like to add them. I highly recommend them.”
“Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! The cleanliness was immediately noticeable, and the fantastic atmosphere made for a truly relaxing experience. The outdoor firepit was a huge hit, creating a perfect ambiance for evening relaxation. Our room was generously sized and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The spacious common area was ideal for entertainment; we enjoyed watching golf and football, and even hosted a pizza party for the kids. The breakfast met our expectations, providing a satisfactory start to each day. However, the standout feature was the staff's friendliness and attentiveness, who were always ready to assist with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel!”

“My daughter had her birthday party at gym x-treme because the gym she goes to doesn’t do them anymore. My experience there was AMAZING, they went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. The young ladies who worked with us ( very young ladies) were more mature than me lol. I would definitely recommend this facility for a birthday party 10/10 experience.”

“This is such a wonderful place and hidden gem of a venue in the Short North. It's a perfectly sized smaller venue with lots of customizable space. They provided glassware, bartending services, food warming trays and much much more. The owners have excellent communication and will really allow you to set up any event in the best way possible and try their best to cater to your every need. One of our highlights was the fact that the end of the event, they were able to get left over food over to the local needy so nothing was wasted. Can't say enough about the space, lighting, ease of playing music (they have their own great lighting system and music system) and more! Book them and you won't be disappointed!!!”

“I wish to thank the Jorgensen staff (especially Emma our wedding coordinator) for all their assistance in making my daughter's wedding magical! Emma was always available to promptly answer our questions and to provide valued advice both prior to the wedding and during the event. She was so responsive; every time I had a question I could count on her to respond that same day.
On the day of the wedding Emma was wonderful; professionally orchestrating the timeline and keeping us up to date, making sure everything went as planned. Honestly she couldn’t have done a better job at ensuring the event went smoothly. I realized early on that Emma was going to be our “go to” person and we could count on her!
Not having been at Jorgensen’s in the evening, I didn’t realize how beautiful the venue would be. There were so many beautiful spaces to congregate and the lighting made the space feel magical. The staff (i.e., servers and bartenders) were friendly and professional throughout the evening. The venders that Emma recommended (photographer – Chaz and DJ – Loren) were wonderful; it helped that they were familiar with the space and they did a terrific job at making the event special.
