The reason I came to this store today was to search out a new phone that best suited my style. As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. The agent was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. I'll be back for my next pho n e.

Today I had a great experience with Gab at the Westerville,Ohio store.Gab went above and beyond to solve 2 problems I was having with resetting my account and trying to receive a credit on my account.He and I worked with J.R. at customer service.They both did a great job.

I came into Verizon and the rep was great at showing me all of my options. He pointed out that i wasnt receiving my teacher discount so the representative helped me set that up. He suggested to change my plan and we save money and got a phone that I needed. The salesman was very clear and patient and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back for my future Verizon needs.

It is a drive, but the sales representative is always so helpful in upgrading my phones and answering questions, so it is completely worth it. Always upbeat, pleasant and eager to help. No matter how dumb our issue is they never seem annoyed or bothered. Even offers assistance with any issues once we leave to store. We will continue to return!!

Ive been having issues with my phone dying on me so I came into the store here in westerville and the rep was able to figure out my issue. He informed me that my charger was bad and that I just needed a new cord and didnt try to sell me a whole new phone. Homest service

I called to figure out how to get Disney plus on my account. Turns out I’m paying for hotspot on 3 phones and none of the line use it. The rep helped me get Disney plus AND take money off my bill. Super helpful and a pleasant surprise.

The sales reps at this location are stellar. My expectations were exceeded. Verizon is very lucky to have these reps as your ambassadors for Verizon. I highly recommend this store .

My experience was very easy, straightforward and helpful. I came in to activate a phone, and ended up leaving with a great deal and a new 15 pro max. The person helping me was a great conversationalist, friendly and great to work with. I would not hesitate to visit this location again. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I got excellent customer service at this location. I had a wonderful time. I got my sister a an iPhone 15. We had questions about the Galaxy s 24 and we liked both phones but decided to go with the iPhone. The rep was incredibly patient, and kind. He explained our bill and pricing was wonderful and fit into my budget. I will definitely be back to possibly move more lines over from T-Mobile to Verizon.

Needed new phone came in and left with 3 new phones. Sales representative are great at making sure customer is aware of all deals. Had to come back to trade my old phone in and the gentleman was very willing to help. Always a great experience at our in town Verizon.

Sales reps here are great. Helped me set up My bluetooth in my car. The sales rep also helped me with my application on my phone. I was having a lot of issues. These guys make it look easy. Great set of people here. Easy to get here too!
