I came in to switch carriers and buy a new phone. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, walked me through the process of switching and setting up to my new phone. There were a few hiccups moving my data but the remained helpful and friendly the entire time.

Taylor at the E Dublin Granville and Hamilton Rd Store was absolutely AMAZING!! She was multitasking and triple and quadruple multitasking!! She undoubtedly does the work of 4 people and gets it right! And in the middle of all that, she sweetly but firmly handled an upset (cursing) client and did it with class!! I Will highly recommend her to all my friends and family!! Thanks Taylor for a job well done!!

Taylor was amazing! Helped my husband and I get off of our parents line onto our own! She hooked us up with all the accessories and was super sweet and answered all of our questions.

Convenient center to address issues, but with an inconvenient price tag.Needed to transfer phones between two accounts and then activate new S23 Ultra. They offered to transfer data for $30 per phone. I declined stating that doing it myself using Smart Switch would be good enough for a free service, they responded saying that's what they use.I understand that they need to charge for services, but that seemed high. Guy before me had a huge Bill and was surprised. Now I understand why.

Customer rep solved the problem on my wife's phone and set us up with a new plan with more minutes for a little less money. Can't beat that. Thanks to the rep.

Terrible experience, the sales person Tyler S. was more interested in making commission instead of helping a customer. Tyler S. had a nonchalant attitude and as a 5 year Verizon customer his attitude and customer service is a terrible representation of Verizon.

I had my relative die. She was main user and had her significant other on the account. I spent hours upon hours dealing with this location and Verizon customer support and then Verizon owned store at Easton. They still keep sending bills to her name nearly 6 months after shutting her line down less than a week after she died. I have presented death certificates etc... I would never Purchase anything from Verizon, Crappy customer service. Absolutely horrible people to deal with.
