My ring needed resized due to an injury to the knuckle. I am so happy I took it to Westerville Jewelers and not back to Kay Jewelers - who did work in the past and my experience with them was less than pleasant as it had to be sent back 3 times to have repair completed properly.
Westerville Jewelers did an Exceptional job and work was done to fix little things on my wedding ring that Kay’s missed and did not repair as well. Edward recommended adding beads to stop the spinning that occurs and it works perfectly. My ring looks brand new ! 100% recommend having your jewelry repaired at Westerville Jewelers!

I went to Westerville Jewelers for the first time to sell some rings that I inherited from a relative and was very impressed with the knowledge and the friendly atmosphere. Most importantly, the price they gave me to sell them was fantastic. I will definitely bring more pieces to them. In the world of chain jewelry stores, it’s nice to have a local store that we can count on!

Super friendly and helpful! Found the Seiko Prospex that I was looking at online and found it to be to my liking. Extremely nice people and good selection of time pieces. Would recommend stopping in at some point and meeting the owners. Overall 10/10 experience and will be buying from them again.

Very nice little shop with a cute little poodle running around. The owner is friendly and will help you in any way they can. Not a huge selection in the shop, but they have catalogs and a website with a very large selection they can get to the store very quickly. They also do watch repairs.

They are the best jewelers around, bar none! Took a pair of 10 year old earrings in for my wife’s bday present. They repaired it in less than a week! I was anticipating 2+ weeks. And just in time for wife’s bday! 🙂 Father & son team! Thank you very much!

This family owed jewelry store took fantastic care of us when my wife's wedding band needed repair. The owner took all the time we needed to explain the options and how the repair would accomplished. A detailed quote was provided in writing. The owner stood by that quote and the repair was truly stunning.
