I seen Kasia’s review and had the EXACT same problem! She was never there when you needed her. Her name is mel. Shes a terrible property manager I dont know how she still has that job.

If I could give it less stars, I would I’ve been trying to get in touch with the property manager for almost 2 weeks every time then I’m available to come up there. She is nowhere to be found and I have waited around the area multiple times trying to get in touch with her about some sensitive information. I have called and I have talked to Dell. He has tried to be helpful but this is something that I need the Property manager for. WHY IS SHE NEVER IN THE OFFICE??? Gone for hours at a time do her higher-ups know about this that nobody can ever get in touch with her??? And if she is in the office when you can catch her, it’s always something about her husband. I’m trying to get what I need to get done. I do not care about whatever your husband got going on we need a actual property manager!!!! I’ll be making sure all of our stuff is pulled out by the end of the month. This is ridiculous.

I stopped in to grab some boxes and Melanie was so nice! Cordell helped me take my items out side! I’m still looking for storage in the area and I would definitely recommend talking to these two.
