had the worst experience in this store today. went to try on some bras and some leggings. the way things are organized it’s IMPOSSIBLE to find your size without totally ruining the stack of clothes. the tags are also hard to read and the size isn’t obvious on it.
i was here for like an hour it felt like and not a SINGLE person could ask me if i needed help as i had nearly every bra in the drawer laid out on the floor.
multiple customers even came up to me and asked me for help (thinking i worked there) and one even said you look like you know what you’re doing. so, you’re welcome bc i organized about 3 of your bra drawers literally just trying to find my size!
then i was trying to find some leggings, wanted the same ones i had, online said they were available and what do you know, the legging drawer is literally so disorganized m, nothing is labeled, i could find NOTHING i needed. i ended up just putting the things i had in my hands down and walking out because i was so frustrated. it sucks bc you literally have to go in store to try things in like this and the store experience is so bad.

Great staff and very well run store. I'd highly recommend this store and wish other stores would treat their customers the way Aerie does.

My husband tried to return something here for me (worth like $40 mins you) and the “manager” refused to process the return because it was his first name on the card versus mine. Same card, same account. These retail workers sometimes get on the strangest, most unnecessary power trips. How about you just provide good customer service instead and stop being so miserable, girls? That might make people want to come back instead of leaving annoyed. What did you accomplish exactly that was productive for your store or company? Not. A. Thing. Upper management needs to retrain these girls that are unfortunately the face of their brand.

Great Aerie experience just like the others I've been to. Employees were helpful and properly social distanced. Didn't get clocked either lmao 5/5

Already called corporate but thought i would warn everyone else too. As seeing some people have already had a horrible experience so have i. Believe her name was Katy or something similar, incredibly rude and made me feel extremely out of place as a bigger women. To be someone working at a body positivity place she made me uncomfortable. Unfortunate to all my girls but take your money else wear.

What kind of bra store refuses bra fittings. I brought both of my children and was refused by the worker. Can’t remember her name but will be avoiding this monstrosity of a store at all cost. I know it’s COVID but i heard bra fittings were still possible. Worker was very rude.

Was super happy to hear an Aerie was opening at Crocker, as the Southpark Aerie is about a 30 min drive from me. My first visit i was never welcomed in and couldn’t find anything i needed. My second visit was the same but this time extremely unprofessional with workers sitting on their countertops and talking in a circle. Usually i wouldn’t mind but still no one ever said anything to me. Won’t be going back to Crocker and will make my drive to southpark for now on.
