The snotty workers acted like they didn’t see me looking for sizes but they were watching me making sure I didn’t, never mind. Customer service was awful.

Staff was very friendly. It feels like home when I walk in. Jeans so good. Cologne selection was nice. Will be back.

I came in at around 6 on Saturday just looking for some new jeans. I believe the employee that helped me was named Audrey, she helped me find a few pairs that suited my likings and fit great! Overall great environment and super friendly staff.

There were maybe 5 customers in the store and no spoke to me or asked me if I needed help. I had to ask after waiting a couple minutes to be let into the dressing room despite there being two employees standing near the dressing room.

I do like American Eagle, 1: they have so many types of jeans if all styles. 2: in my opinion they prices aren't bad at all. 3: their sales are great!!!! Having said all this I did not give five stars simply because 1: the dressing rooms weren't really clean and 2: the staff seemed a bit young and weren't really caring about the customers who needed to go into the fitting rooms.

Staff is super nice and its a great place to buy my jeans. I still buy my jeans here. They might be a little pricey but they last a long time. Also they had a promotion 10 dollars off x pair of jeans you bring x1 costumer x buy so I saved $10!

They never really have my size in stock and if they do it's only in "short" which is aggravating. They told me they could order the regular length and get it sent to my house...the order got canceled and they made me wait a month to send a check to my house for the jeans I paid for and never got to wear. This has happened the past 2 times I've been into this location. Staff wasnt that friendly either, they all acted so bratty. I definitely wont come back to this one.

I went into this store with my sister today. We both tried on a few of the ae tiny tanks or whateva. None of the tanks fit so when i walked out i put them on the rack in the fitting room(as one does). The workers obviously did not see us put the tanks on the rack because as soon as we walked out of the fitting room they all looked at us like criminals because we were empty handed. Some big b**** literally sprinted to us and yelled in my face passive aggressively "how do you guys like those tank tops" to which i said "we dont" they continued to look us up and down, not stay more than 3 feet away from us and mean mug us for the rest of the time we were in there. If youre the big blonde b**** youre annoying as s****
