Non existent customer service. They don’t answer emails or calls. If you need a refund, you are out of luck because they take your money without explanation.

How deceiving!!!! Multi billion dollar business giving loyal customers the impression that greeting cards are 98¢.... In reality, cards are 5X the price. Cards are arranged to give impression that cards are selling at 98¢... misleading customers... Shame on American Greetings Corporation!!

I paid 5.99 + tax for a birthday cand the envelope won't even stick I have to tape it.
