The service the Genius Bar gave me was extraordinary however i can’t give them 5 stars. It was nothing on their end but instead on apple themselves. I have an Iphone 13 pro which is what 3 years old now i believe? I went in for my phone randomly shutting off and my battery health being like 69%. Turns out my battery was swelling and it needed replaced. a $1000+ phone should last longer then 3 years.

I went to this Apple Store and been shopping with them over 10 years now I had a great experience with them very helpful with my needs the employees that helped me out were Jacob, Gerald, Kaitlyn, and Mo very wonderful workers they will do what they can to solve your problems and get your new phone started love my purchase definitely recommend Apple to anyone!!!

Tried to get my iPhone 11 fixed, but the associate spent 30 mins. trying to sell me a new iPhone and Apple watch. What a waste of time!

I set an appointment online to have a new battery installed in my iPhone 12 mini. I arrived a little early and was checked in quickly and politely. The techs reviewed my repair and while they did talk to me about upgrading they were also very open to the fact that I just love this phone. I took a stroll over to the coffee shop and after an hour I picked up and all the work was done. But the best part is that they also replaced my screen! This phone was a refurb and the display was obviously not OEM but it worked for my needs. But they replaced it purely out of kindness and that was so nice. The OEM screen is so much nicer. Thank you so much! I’ve been to this Apple Store a lot and haven’t had a bad experience.

Made an appointment for my daughter to have her battery replaced on her phone. When she arrived for the appointment, they just tried to sell her a new phone, and never performed the service the appointment was for. Her phone functions fine, is only a couple of years old and just needs a replacement battery. Apple, please don’t allow battery appointments if you won’t actually do the service.

I love walking around throughout this amazing set of stores??. I like the Apple store the best. I would love to get my eyelashes done. Yes, they have an eyelash store. Ha ha ha

Sweet store and really good employees only hampered by the apple policies! They stayed late for me since i was scheduled and got a 1 hour job done in 35 minutes. Very patient and knowledgeable staff for the most part.

The people at this location are rude and take advantage of people who are not looking for a new iPhone. I will be contacting an attorney about a class action lawsuit regarding my iPhone 12 that crashed during an update in which the sales rep at the store made it clear that it's out of warranty, and it wasn't designed to last more than 24 months. My wife made an appointment and went there in the morning to see what was wrong with your phone and they refused to fix a thing that has been repaired before. The phone has never ever been repaired. I was forced to drive from Columbus, Indiana to Westlake, Ohio to address the store And I was upset rightfully so that they accused me wife of something she didn't do. The sales rep told me to calm down because his coworker had his baby in the store. Why does he have his baby in the store during work hours? There's no sympathy from me.

Drive an hour here (closest Apple Store) hour of waiting/diagnostics they have to order in a camera, display, and battery to repair my phone that is covered under apple care. Drive an hour home. Get a call a day later, parts arrived. next day make appointment drive an hour back. Going to take about 2 hours to fix the phone. Another hour drive home when done. Approximately 350$ in apple care payments over the life of the phone to have to spend 7 hours and multiple days to get it fixed. (The workers were as nice as they can be I understand policy is mostly to blame)

Beware repairs here. Told wife her iphone 6s would not accept new battery, and phone was faulty... this after waiting a week for them to "order in" a 6s battery. Took to independent repair professional, he said phone appeared pristine, he put in new battery and all is well.So disappointed in apple resorting to this type of interaction with customers...
