Such a frustrating company. Nice albeit very overpriced furniture. HORRIBLE customer service. Excruciating hold times, circular conversations, dubious returns policy, way overpriced delivery fees. I ordered items in May for patio. Summer is almost over. I’ve called several times and no help on the items that were to be delivered weeks ago.
For a company charging top dollar I get better service from Wayfair.

My husband and I stopped in at the Arhaus in Crocker Park today and had an exceptional shopping experience with who has to be the BEST saleswoman we have had the pleasure of being assisted by. Her friendly outgoing and kind personality is wonderful! And the fact that she gave us “shopping space” as we perused through the beautiful collections of furniture and accessories made the experience great! We want to give a big Thank You to Lorelei S. You’re great! More sales people need to be like you!

After this review a corporate employee reached profusely apologize said I would receive product on March 19th and as today Thursday March 21st NOTHING. Will be contacting the BBB… I placed an order in store on 01.31.24 and still haven’t received the item. I have called the store 5 times to get disposition and given a different answer each time. As of today, I spoke with a rep and still do not have any updated information. Not counting on any follow up as I was told on Friday would receive call back and nothing.

The customer service was absolutely horrible my parents purchased chairs that were on the floor, they asked to have the chairs taken off the floor so they wouldn’t get damaged, we go to pick the chairs up and the chairs were still on the floor and they were damaged, the one sales lady said we can’t do anything, the only thing you can do is sell them on Facebook marketplace!!!!, we heard every excuse, my manager isn’t here they are in a 3 day meeting… there’s no refunds!!! it was absolutely horrible experience and the owner needs to have classes for the employees on how to treat customers… that experience was so bad, the store is so quick to take your money!!! But when something goes wrong it’s never the stores fault!!!!

A spacious store which gives enough room to wonderful settings of furniture and displays for every part of your house. Clean lines a little on the more modern side than traditional, but definitely welcoming and classy.

It would be zero stars it this would let me. I purchased two sofas from Arhaus between 2019 and 2021 spending over $12,000. Each purchase they pressured me to buy a $400 protection plan. At the time of the second purchase I had to tell them "no" over five times. I did not want to purchase this again because the first sofa fell apart and when I tried to use the protection plan they said the repairs I needed were not covered under the plan, which was not true but there was no way I could take my complaint further. The second purchase I had all of the pictures and receipts needed to get repairs done to the sofa and they denied it for a second time. No one stands behind their furniture or their protection plan.I have a basement sofa from Big Lots that has held up longer and better than either of these two sofas from Arhaus. Please save your money!! They have poorly made, overpriced furniture. Don't even waste your time going in their store.
