3 Months of Hell
I stopped in to bring my service to AT&T. The store in River was ratchet and I did not feel comfortable so I went to what I thought was a corporate store. This is definitely not that!
Unsavory salesmen, including regional management, pencil whipped my account to set up in a fraudulent name, incorrectly ship phones, used temp numbers which always screw up transactions, got my account flagged for fraud, did not correctly do port requests, did not set up accounts with pricing as promised, forced an insurance purchase (fraud and illegal), and caused 3 months of absolute hell.
In total, the incompetence of this team and (most) of AT&T caused nearly 3 months, 47 hours, and 88 different AT&T employee interactions.
Save yourself the frustrations of dealing with AT&T, especially this NON CORPORATE store. If you must buy from them, I would go to see Jeremy at the Strongsville store. He was the only person in the company to be able to get all of these issues fixed. He really needs to replace John Stanley as he's doing a horrid job running this company (unless the objective is to run it into the ground ground).
Even the office of the president lacks any form of empathy or solutions to resolve the issues and promises of a poorly functioning company.

I walked into the Westlake AT&T store and was greeted by Shawn. Turned out Shawn was the manager of the store and a fine gentleman and very competent and knowledgeable about all products. I wound up upgrading my phone and obtaining a new Apple Watch. Shawn took care of the whole process with ease and in approximately an hour and a half had everything transferred and set up without any issues. I highly recommend anyone looking for AT&T service or products to use this Westlake store. I have been in other ATT stores and they do not compare to the service or attention given at this location.

Everything was great! Kayla was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I got a new phone that was updated and my data transferred in an hour and I've had no issues since walking out the door. Highly recommend the Crocker Park AT&T store and Kayla to help you out!

Kayla was extremely helpful! Did the impossible by getting all my info off my phone even though the screen was broken! She managed to still transfer everything to the new phone for me! Kayla truly was a lifesaver!

Nick was super helpful and walked us through an early upgrade to new phones. He promised delivery within a certain window period and even though I was doubtful that it would happen, it truly did. He then helped us getting the phones set up and ready to use. We'll for sure keep on using this store for our phone needs! GREAT JOB NICK - you seem to enjoy your job and it shows in your great customer service. Would absolutely recommend!
