We have had a very poor experience with the AutoNation Collision Center. My wife and I have been loyal Ford customers and have always done our business with AutoNation. However, we are not pleased with our ongoing experience. My wife’s 2023 Ford Explorer was stolen and crashed. It had been recovered in March and has been at the shop since then. Between AutoNation and our Insurance it was determined not to be totaled out, for some reason. It has been at the collision center for a HALF A YEAR! I have received nothing but false estimated time frames of completion and straight up neglect from the collision center. We’ve been told by them that the vehicle needed to be reassembled and would be ready for pick up on Friday about 5 times now at this point. Guess what, it has never been completed at those times. The vehicle is currently still in the shop and the manager notified us he had been on vacation and didn’t realize they still had it. The rental car situation through our insurance was a nightmare and that ran out months ago. We were without a vehicle for sometime until finally we had to beg AutoNation to get us a rental but it is nowhere near comparable to our vehicle that we continue to pay payments on. We are very unhappy and have reach out to AutoNation Corporate and Ford Manufacturing to voice our displeasure as well. I do not recommend this collision center

Took my car in for a repair. Estimate was for 2 weeks. 3 week later. Still no car and repairing everything they can and want. Best of all they never return phone calls or follow up. Definitely won't be coming back. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. What a scam!

Upon dropping off my vehicle for repair, I explained to Zack that I wanted to keep the parts that were to be removed and replaced as I have heard that some shops will reuse the old parts after ordering new ones. (Not saying this is what happened but……) Zack stated that he could make that happen and that I would need to have a way to get the parts when the vehicle was completed. Upon completion I only received 2 parts plus the hinges to the door and was told that the other parts were thrown in the trash. After receiving the vehicle, I noticed wind noise, the running board motor would randomly activate and the door would not always unlock when the door handle was grabbed when the key fob was nearby. I took the vehicle back, 6 hours later they said they did not witness the running board motor activate, the door did unlock regularly, but the wind noise was not resolved for whatever the reason. I am very disappointed with this shop and do not plan on using them again.

Took my 2018 f 150 to have both of the aluminum sides on my bed replaced and repair front end damage and bumper. They got right on my truck when i dropped it off and it came back looking perfect as the day i bought it new. Would definately use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

The repairs were flawless and I got my truck back on time.

After dropping off the car to be repaired, lots of body work, they kept me up to date weekly with the progress. Repairs took almost a month. Car was returned looking brand new. They stand by their work and would fix the slightest of problems if they occurred. Would recommend this shop for any mustang body work. Customer service was outstanding with Lisa and Matt.

I needed a bumper replacement.
I have had to call them twice since no f/up call from them in the 9 days.
I was told my car is 4 days overdue and the bumper still hasn’t been received. He promised to check with the parts manager today. I can’t afford the rental car. I asked for a call back from Zack with an update. I can only hope.

This was an insurance claim with Allstate for the front wheel and tire being snapped off. Allstate itself is not easy to work with so delays were initially on their side. After 2 months I was given the car back, but it was not fully repaired. There was a horrible shake to the car which led to the steering wheel visibly shaking on highway and the car pulled strongly to right. Part of the intense shake was attributed to loose lug nuts on new wheel, which I fixed when I got home. Another factor was a new tire was put on the repaired side, but the old tire was left on the other side. Significant difference in tread wear was partially to blame. They came out to get car and change tire, but brought it back in same condition as I was informed the original rim on opposite side was damaged. Waited another week for rim to get in so both could be fixed and realigned. All in all, almost 3 months to do repair. I appreciate they tried to work with me the last two weeks by picking from my work so I did not have to get another rental, would have been nice to get a courtesy car since I feel it was their issue giving me a flawed car back. But with handing back a flawed car, I am hard pressed to give a strong recommendation. Also Allstate is horrible to work with when they initially want to total a car sight unseen.

WORSTplace to deal with , I've sent my car to get fixed from hail damage where they had to change some parts on it the paint job is awuful full of bubbles , no matching colors between the old one and the new one , bad service full of lies ,bad timing ,and they caused more damage and devaluating more than fixing it , UNQUALIFIED TO FIX ANY CAR EVEN IF THEY SAID SO ,every time they try to fix something they damage another thing they don't care about customer service or about your vehicle .HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED ,TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY SAVE YOURSELF FROM HEADACHE EVEN IF YOUR INSURANCE THE ONE PAYING .DONT EVER GO THERE .
