I believe my car is getting good care at AutoNation Ford Westlake. However they made a scheduling mistake and now they expect me to pay for their mistake.
I bought a maintenance package when I bought my car there. I was told that routine maintenance was going to be covered to 60 thousand miles or 6 years, which ever comes first. My first routine maintenance was scheduled for 5,000 miles and I was told I should bring the car in at 5,000 mile intervals. The sticker on my windshield reflects that 5,000 mile interval. However at my last maintenance the service department said I only had one oil change left. I knew I bought the best maintenance program and my car was not at 60,000 miles or 6 years old. Then I was told that my service interval should have been 7,500 miles and I only get 8 oil changes! That was the first time I heard any of this.
At the present time this problem has not been resolved and I am not very happy about it.

Outstanding service - from scheduling to the service advisor to the service tech. Kept me updated and provided shuttle service and delivered my car when completed. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!

I had a flat tire which I change by myself. I have a tire warranty and called Auto Nation Ford Westlake for Service and Danielle my service representative. She was able to get my truck and tire in for service and arrived. The Service technician evaluated the tire and found it was repairable, and if the tire was damaged it would have been taken care of by my tire warranty. The tire was repaired, the spare was put back on the underside of the truck bed and all was completed within 1.5 hrs. Thanks for the great service and getting me back on the road quickly.

Car diagnostics provided on my 2020 Ford EcoSport, 45,000 miles, check engine light. Was immediately seen, and option given to me to either wait in the nice clean area or to be provided with a ride home. I chose to remain, diagnostics were complete in no time, I used the coupon for this service. Everyone was exceptionally kind and nothing short of professional. Declined repair due to price, was able to have the work done elsewhere locally at less than half of what was quoted. Would give five stars except for cost of repair.

Each time I visit AutoNation Westlake, I've received nothing but excellent communication and service. Danielle is an absolute gem, extremely helpful, and her team does fantastic work.
