Thank you for all of your help was fixing my air-conditioning unit and working with my third-party warranty on my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee! They help me with rides to work while they were servicing my vehicle.They even worked with my third-party warranty, which I had a hard time finding anyone that that would accommodate me with that warranty. They gave me a complementary multi point inspection as well and kept me updated with every detail throughout the process. They will get the job done ✔️

The salesman Rob Wentz and his sales managing staff have been amazing, accommodating and understood my concerns. Now the service work center I have unfortunately been very disappointed in for sometime now and not just at this location, I have purchased several cars and it seems that yes they may look for safety checks on the used vehicles they are selling although I have test driven vehicles at Honda, Hyundai, Ford and Chevy dealerships recently while shopping around and have had 3 bad experiences thus far. For example one wouldn't start. The next vehicle we drove 30 miles and the power , 4 wheel drive and transmission all kept shutting down at a higher Rate of speed a few times flickering, and than the 3rd vehicle we found 2 large shipping boxes I rear of vehicle with the name and address of the last owner as well as major trunk locking issues that someone how were overlooked although these vehicles were on lot and ready to sell. Very sad ALL THESE DEALERSHIPS ACROSS CUYAHOGA ARE EITHER UNDER STAFFED ,UNDERPAYING THEIR WORKERS OR JUST DONT CARE. AS STATED SALESMAN ARE AMAZING OF CONTACTED FIRST BEFORE YOU NEED SERVICE WORK DONE!!!

I had an emergency with my vehicle and walked in without making an appointment. They took me in and assisted me without any question. Fixed my warranty work in a timely manner. Friendly and courteous. AutoNation will be my go to dealer and service center in the future!

Awful experience. Waited for 3 hours for the service team to fix a computer glitch that did not allow my Escape to be E-checked. Since E-check is a state requirement, shouldn’t Ford be required to make their cars E-check ready?

So normally I get really good service here but last time I was very disappointed. I brought my Bronco in for 2 recalls and an intermittent issue with my passenger side tailight and turn signal. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning, they told me they could get everything done by Saturday but the intermittent tail light issue would take more time. So we agree on Monday or Tuesday.Monday rolls around and I have heard nothing from the service department. So at 3pm I txt my rep and I get back that they couldn't find anything wrong with the tail light. I send a couple more txts about how they troubleshot it and the rest of the recall, after 30 min I decide to call and get vmail. An hour and a half later I get a txt saying that they haven't done the wiper replacement but they updated the sync system. But at this point I'm already on my way to the dealership.So I go and wait to talk to my service rep, another guy is in there upset because the work he brought his vechicle in hadn't been done and he needed his car to get to work. This sets the moodSo I talk to my rep and I ask them how they are going to fix the taillight issue, he says they aren't because they can't reproduce it. I remind him that without a tail light the vechicle is not street legal and with on 22k miles on it its still under the original warranty. He says that the dealership just can't throw parts at it. I point out that the warranty says otherwise but at this point I'm late for work and need the vechicle and I leave.At this point, I still have one recall unfinished, the second recall (the sync update) was either not done or didn't fix the issue it was supposed to (backup camera still being displayed while in Drive) (I have a picture of this) and the intermittent turnsignal/tail light issue still persists, intermitently.The last time I had an issue like this was with a Fiesta and during the troubleshooting I was was give frequent updates and a rental.IDK maybe they are overworking the techs/reps there but the service was pretty bad compared to what I've had previously.(AutoNation Ford responded below and I called their manager as instructed and haven't gotten a call back in a couple of weeks now...I guess they are really "turning your experience around")

The Service Department at AutoNation Ford Westlake does an outstanding job of keeping clients informed and quickly out the door. I typically wait for my truck and appreciate the nice lounge area and wifi capability for work purposes.

Recently took my car in for service. The department was clean and bright and the staff was friendly. My car was ready on time and the courtesy of the car return directly to my home was such a welcomed bonus. Will definitely return for all my future service needs!

Omar was great and helped with my issue as much as he was able. The issue I have, had to be approved by corporate as there was an issue with the timing of when the issue started, but Omare was able to help make the cost as reasonable as possible.
