I brought my car in for some recall repairs,they said my car was fixed and ready so I drove from Brooklyn to Westlake to pickup my car and I get in and the power steering isn't working, which is the main reason I came in! Now I have to wait another day and get another ride to pickup my car again tomorrow. The staff was friendly though.

They sold my wife and I what I can only call a lemon. Used car so I guess it’s okay to sell someone a car that needs a new motor within the first month of owning it. I would highly recommend that no one ever do business with this dealership.

Very efficient and friendly. Dustin did a great job getting my car looked over. I had it towed in and by the end of the day I had a service check and recommendation for a repair. Very pleasant experience.

First visit today in kind of a panic. Mark was so patient with me. He got me in quickly and even found a recall on a van I purchased at another dealership last week. Every single person I spoke with was great and helpful. Superb experience and a bonus they’re right down the street from my house.
