My new car purchase went smoothly. All employees were courteous and answered all of my questIons. This was my first experience at AutoNation Ford. I was a loyal Bob Gillingham Ford costumer before they sold to that only dealer. I’m happy to have a new go to Ford dealer!

Customer service after the sale is horrible and non existent. Salesperson does not respond to emails. Bodyshop is no better. Promised me a loaner while vehicle was being worked on. I ended up sitting in waiting room because no loaner available. I should have refused picking up vehicle at time of sale until "to do" list was completed. I trusted that they would complete after the sale. I was wrong. I had to exert too much energy to get items taken care of with no support from sales person. Very disappointed and I will be sure to inform Ford of that.

They took me in on time, put me up in a comfortable waiting lounge and finished my maintenance in a timely manner at a good price. Easy indoor drop-off, easy indoor pick-up. I appreciate this dealer's concern for cancer research and treatment.

My car needed an almost $8,000 repair and Danielle went out of her way to get the the repairs approved through my warranty. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and was extremely kind. I'm currently a full-time college student so money is obviously tight. Her going the extra mile helped me tremendously.

Admittedly, I never give five stars! This is as close as it gets! Danielle is amazing! After a couple of less than favorable visits, she made everything that much better! Wonderful aerobics and the mechanics got it right! I have no doubt that I will be continuing service there!

In my humble opinion this is one of the best dealerships in Northeast Ohio if you're looking for a Ford motor company ,product. Knowledgeable friendly, no pressure sales tactics. I've bought several vehicles from there so I may be biased but I do believe you can't go wrong at the AutoNation Westlake Ford store. Was there today to check on a new Maverick order and I'm pleased to say that they're still the best Ford dealership in Northeast Ohio.Ask for Janet or John & tell 'em Rod sent you. .... You won't be sorry.

First of all, the level of care taken to ensure a quick and painless sales experience was stellar. Starting with our salesperson Will, who was careful to locate the specific vehicle we wanted , then provide us with an accurate estimate of costs broken down in a clear way both overall and monthly costs. Then throughout the financial process Omar, who took into consideration our needs and goals and made the purchase smooth and painless. Finally Dan, the sales manager, who ensured every detail of our purchase was integrated into a wonderful overall experience. We bought a car for mom in less than 2 hours from initial contact to driving out. This was the most pleasant and easy transaction we've ever had with a car dealership. Shout out to Will for his excellent follow up. And to Omar for creating a realistic financial set up for obtaining my mom's dream car. Dan has built a winning team.

Leased a car here in 2020 lease was up and these guys didn’t help me with a new lease really odd when i called they said they would call me back this happened 3 times finally gave up called up there again salesman said i have to order the vehicle and it takes 6 weeks ford expedition limited is what we were in market for. I said 6 weeks he said yes or just come get the max, we were not interested in a max. Not a good experience.

Over the last two days I've contacted their dealership through the three means of communication. Text, chat and a phone call to have them get back with me about whether or not I still had a warranty on the tires that I purchased from them. No one even returned my request at all. I had to drive a half hour out there after work just for them to tell me that I was out of the warranty. All they had to do was return a call for that. Then I even had a receptionist tell me that that it would be $149 diagnostic fee just to look at a tire on my car when I called a day earlier. That's half the price of a brand-new tire. Please improve little things of your customer service.

I would strongly suggest making sure the man doing any of your body work is not "Fred" at this facility. I know a ridiculous amount of people's cars he has hacked up. If you want someone to treat your vehicle with absolute respect and professionalism he is definitely not the man you want on your repair. The rest of the crew does great quality work. They are respectful, professional, and take pride in their work, but I strongly suggest that you mention you ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want "Fred" touching anything you own. It's incredible this man has a job..
