This marks the second occasion when I called on the same day to inquire about availability and received confirmation, only to arrive and wait for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment.

When I moved to westlake, I tried several different salons until I found this one. They have great service and are very flexible. I've been going to this salon for two years now and I have no complaints. They always meet my needs and expectations.

I set an appointment for a pedicure and had to wait in water for over 40 minutes. There wasn’t any communication to when my pedicure would start, only a reheating of the water and watching others get their services done. I don’t plan on going back or recommend others to go, even if you schedule an appointment.

People here are super nice and prices are reasonable. I get full set and it’s about $50. They take their time and shaping is amazing. Very neat and clean as well.

The time was good and same with walk in time. But the price was horrible $69 for this looks horrible I asked her many times to do a darker nude. I’ve never had a problem with this style of nail. Wonderful clean salon!!!! T is the best!!! As a Male, my feet look great & sexier than any females feet I've seen!!! Lincoln Park after Dark is my color of choice!!! Rock on!!!
