This is my second time using BFH for detailing purposes. I recently purchased my first brand new vehicle, a 2023 GR Corolla, and wanted to get a Paint Protection Film package as well as a mild paint correction and ceramic coat. BFH knocked it out of the park as usual. If I am ever in need of PPF, Ceramic Coating, or high end detailing, I will ONLY go to BFH. A+++ 10/10

BFH detailing is the real deal. Very fortunate to have found such an incredible detailer in the local area.Ben, the owner of BFH, is top notch. His customer service is above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has a genuine interest in providing his customers with the best experience possible. He takes his time to thoroughly create/explain a detailed plan for you based on your needs and provides in depth answers to any questions you may have.At BFH you get what you pay for and then some! The pricing is very very reasonable for the level of quality you are receiving in the finished product of your car.The attention to detail that they have is incredible and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car detailing needs.Ben does a great job of explaining aftercare methods/techniques to ensure you feel confident in performing routine maintenance cleanings yourself.He provided me with an awesome care package with essential products needed to help me maintain my cars fresh new look.If you’re on the fence about getting your car detailed, you should do it, and BFH is the place to go. Treat yourself and car to something nice, because you both deserve it.

My 3 year old car was originally coated with csl and 2 coats of exo v3. It was time for an exo refresh and Ben understood the process exactly. Ben understands that detail is the most important characteristic of a detailer. I could not be happier with his work. BFH is by far one of the best places I have ever done business with! I had my vehicle paint corrected and ceramic coated by Ben and it looks better than it did on the showroom floor! I had Ben Ceramic Coat my truck last August. The quality of work, attention to detail, and personable relationship i have built with him are all unmatched. As some are aware professional detailers are hard to come by especially ones who actually care. Ben has built his business on excellent service, great products and outstanding integrity! I have been nothing but pleased with the paint work and ceramic coating on my truck as well as the detail work he has dont to some of my other vehicles. The dealer washed my truck a year after i got it coated and after i got the kinks sorted out, BFH Detailing got me in within a week to completely fix my truck after the dealer messed it up. From here on out, ill be taking all of my vehicles to Ben no matter what because it is the best shop i have ever seen, he cares about his customers, and his work ethic is down to earth. Money well spent. If you are concerned about anything, call Ben with BFH detailing and he will take care of you and you will be happy you did business with him

Ben is one of the nicest and most genuine people you'll ever meet in the car industry. He is always prompt, and super helpful. He never will steer you wrong, and never tries to upsell you unless it's absolutely necessary. Usually, this is hard to balance, as most detailers are type-A (OCD), so they try to throw the kitchen sink at their customers. However, Ben manages to strike a balance between type-A and managing customer demands. As a result, I'd imagine he could service any budget. His work is absolutely incredible, and he will always put the time in, and take care of his customers. It's amazing to me that he doesn't have every automotive enthusiast in the Cleveland area lining up for a detail. Don't bother with any of the other \\\"detailers\\\" in Cleveland... BFH is the place to go.
