11-25- 2023 around 10:45 AmI was highly disappointed with my Chase Bank experience today .I've been banking with Chase for over 20 years . I started at one of the main branches in New York City .And I say that to say this every branch I've ever visited has been above and beyond with their customer service .not the case in this branch. No one greeted me nor even gave me iContact to acknowledge me .So I walked over to the lady that was doing absolutely nothing but sucking on a lollipop.I want to say she was a Latin woman or from a foreign descent with dark hair medium built . I say hello to her and with her pen she tapped on the card reader , as to say to insert my card.I said to her good morning , I don't have my card with me but I have my license. she tosses a withdrawal slip , & I filled it out . She taps on the paper sign here .I asked her for a balance receipt,&I say that to say this, the whole entire experience was dry , unprofessional rude. & the co worker that was sitting next to her didn't acknowledge the person that came in behind me .so it seems as though Everyone behaves in the same manner ,To The branch managers or the higher up hopefully you review some footage. not just for my experience but for other customers as well . please change the culture in this branch because this is not the Chase bank way .

NELLI, you are super kind and so caring of your customers!! I do not bank with chase but every time I come to this branch Nelli has a smile on her face, soft spoken and takes care of my needs. I am a coin collector and most banks (even my own bank of 14 years) denies me buying coin rolls or tells me they can’t give me bank wrapped coins because they have to get rid of customer wrapped coins first. Ive gotten too, many customer wrapped coins and they are in horrible shape or like always they are short. Nelli goes above and beyond to get me what i am looking for even when the other bankers claim to not have the rolls.

I always have an easy time with little to no wait whenever I’m here. Jennifer A. Was also great to work with and helped me make a great decision on an option that works best for me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and great to speak with.

Someone at Chase Bank committed wire fraud against me. I am filing at all the appropriate government agencies, but after five transfers and two branches that wouldn’t get back to me I have determined Chase does not care at all, and will in fact, do anything they can to facilitate fraud being committed. After 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of somebody to make a report I’m done. I wouldn’t get an account here because if any fraud happens, they will do everything they can to ignore you and everything they can to allow and facilitate the fraud. I truly can’t believe it but it’s real

Used to be a good branch but my last experience was really a bad one. To get an appointment it took two Saturdays and finally I have it at 11:30. I was there 11:22 and the time pass and no one talk to us, I was surprised! I looked on my email and found out that they changed my appointment to 12:30 (the email sent at 10:30 same day) without asking or informing me if the new time works for me. If your time not valuable mine is, you ruined my day.

Deborah white Is the sweetest woman I have ever dealt with at chase. I got scammed for a very large amount of money. I have no days off I work every day of the Week. I’m 25 years old and take care of my mother in our Westlake home which happens to be down the street . I was so afraid and scared bc of what happened I couldn’t sleep Sunday night. I came in at exactly 9 AM they’re opening Time on Monday. I showed up 20 minutes before waiting outside Lol She was very professional ,Compassionate and much more she literally put herself in my shoes. So grateful to have a bank who I can trust and who actually cares will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Deborah!
