Alicia made our experience of getting our 6 month olds ears pierced AMAZING!!!! She was so kind, calm, and caring. She understood how nervous I was, and walked me through the entire thing. She was professional, excellent with my daughter, and took her time while also having control of the whole process in a timely manner. I will forever recommend this location for all piercings! Not to mention, she was still attentive and kind to other customers coming into the store while still keeping her focus on us. 10/10 service. Thank you so much!!!!

Me and my mom daughter came to shop it was short staff Savana was not very welcoming to us customer service was very poor everyone should be treated fair at any race we were very pleasant despite of her behavior my elderly mom was very hurt we won’t return!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my ears pierced at Claire's! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
The piercer was highly professional and ensured everything was sterile and safe. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect earrings. The actual piercing was quick and virtually painless—I was pleasantly surprised!
Aftercare instructions were explained thoroughly, and I left feeling confident about taking care of my new piercings. The whole atmosphere at Claire's was cheerful and upbeat, adding to the overall positive experience.
I would highly recommend Claire's for anyone considering getting their ears pierced. Thank you to the team at Claire's for making this such a memorable and enjoyable experience! thanks brooke.

Today we had my two daughters (4 and 5) and our friend’s 7 month old ears pierced! Brooke and Tyler were amazing - friendly, very patient, professional, and fun. I made appointments and called in advance and Brooke talked me through everything over the phone. She shared recommendations and best practices and made me feel great about making appointments there. She even grouped us with our friends so our kids could all be back to back. Thank you Claire’s!

I had placed an online order to a different Claire's location, and when I called to ask for an extension for pickup time, that location was rather rude. When I called the Crocker Park location with questions, Brooke answered the phone and was incredibly kind and patient - even while dealing with the crisis of her store's power being out! When I went in the next day, Brooke and Tyler helped me find the items from the order the other store had cancelled, and helped me navigate the current sales and promos to help me get the most bang for my buck. Honestly I'll never go back to the one closer to my house (this one is about 30-40 minutes away), as long as Brooke and Tyler work at Crocker Park. They really impressed me and I'll only be going there for as long as they work there. Whatever they're being paid isn't enough because their positivity, kindness, and helpfulness just earned them a lifelong customer!Ft. a picture of the gingerbread pillow I bought sitting in my arm chair!
