I was in town for a girls’ day out with my best friend and after a full day of dining and shopping, Coach was our last stop. It’s currently one of my fav brands so I like to pop into their shops when I see them. We were greeted and were attended to by Jacquie. I’m a hands-off shopper that knows my product, my shopping list, and my personal style so I don’t need a lot of hovering; I’m equally sensitive when I’m blatantly ignored. It’s why Jacquie’s level of service was just my style— not too little, not too much— we were able to establish rapport that felt natural and not sales-y. I liked that she didn’t make me feel a way about being in the store, and she gave me tips that informed some buying decisions. I ended up buying a small card holder and left with Jacquie’s business card. I called in a few days later and have since ordered three bags and a bucket hat. I live in Charlotte and our store here is bigger, with a broader assortment, aaand I can walk out with my purchase, but I call into Westlake for Jacquie because of the service I received. THANK YOU to Jacquie (and equally nice team) for your assistant during my visit!

Professional and friendly service here. Of course the products are at a premium but you pay for name, however most here are of genuine good quality. Partner was very happy with her Riya 21 Backpack.

Went in today, mask on and apparently it wasn’t good enough. Told me to pull it up when it was already on properly. Would rather be mask police than make a sale.
