5 Stars EVERYTIME!! Stefanie had been doing my hair for almost a decade now at various locations. This is my favorite! Always great service and of course Stefanie is magical with my color and texture. A great friendly professional staff and always snacks for the holidays! Lol

horrible place, walked in for a consultation to dye my hair, and got denied service for no reason at all the lady wouldn't even give me an estimate just flat out denied service. take your business somewhere else.

I’ve been going to Stef for over 3 years now and my cut and color have never been better. She knows I struggle with decisions, so once I arrive she’s always ready with what she’s going to do. She’s super friendly, efficient and very talented. I now live in Columbus and still travel to get my hair done there, and by Stef. The salon is super clean and everyone is very friendly.

I’ve been coming to Stefanie for over a decade & have had so many amazing experiences and hair cuts& colors over the years . She has always delivered exactly what I was looking for . Her product suggestions are always great too . The girls at the front desk and the other stylists are always friendly & helpful also. The salon is always clean and well maintained & seems to run smoothly . Here’s just a few pictures of my hair over the years .

Very disappointed in the service. Client ahead of me was so frustrated that she left without a resolution. Should have taken that as a clue to how poorly managed this salon is. Plenty of salons that value their clients!

I shared a similar horrible experience similar to Christine ( as she noted in her review)
I went in for a balayage with one of the stylists and left with fried, orange hair that was humiliating. The stylist was extremely unfriendly and didn’t remember what we had discussed at our prior consultation.
The manager did resolve the problem by having me come in
a few days later with a new stylist and restored my hair back to its original color- just a plain brown. The balayage cost was about $ 325.00 in total ( including tip for original and repair stylist) .I NEVER spend a a significant amount of money on my hair ( just a box color hair girl) and thought I would treat myself. I must say my L’Oréal Preference is top notch compared to what I experienced at this salon. My hair is very damaged, and the thought of all that wasted money is absolutely heartbreaking.

ANNE DID SUCH A GOOD JOB ON MY HAIRR. She washed it, cut it, gave me layers, and gave me a blowout IN LIKE AN HOUR. HONESTLY RESTORED MY FAITH IN BARBERS SHES MY NEW FAVORITE ????

Love Dino Palmieri at Crocker Park. Have had great stylists, but my daughter and I especially love Xaris. I get cut and color, and my daughter gets cuts (will probably soon get color). Xaris does a great job with keeping my blonde color natural looking and "lived in". She has also brought it back to health after being fried from a previous stylist. Great salon, definitely recommend!

I recently visited Don Palmieri Hair Salon for what should have been a productive and enjoyable consultation. Unfortunately, my visit turned into a complete nightmare due to the abysmal customer service I received. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a kind receptionist who made my appointment. I even obliged when she called the day of my appointment to move me up to accommodate her manager's schedule. Unfortunately, the manager appeared more interested in her phone than in assisting customers. It took an uncomfortably long time for her to attend to me and because of that my consultation window fell short and refused to service me. Her attitude was nothing short of apathetic. My visit was a deeply disappointing experience due to the terrible customer service I encountered. From the unwelcoming atmosphere to the unprofessionalism of the staff and the disregard for my preferences and time, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. I believe it is essential to raise awareness of such poor customer service so that others can make informed choices when seeking hair care services in hopes that management can fix their own pitfalls.

I have gone back and forth for several months debating writing a review because I never write reviews. However, I am traumatized honestly and feel the need to share. I had a consult appointment. To start my natural hair is dark brown and I had blonde highlights. I said that I wanted to go to a darkish red with purple undertone hair color. I asked if it was possible with my current hair state. I was told yes. So I booked an appt. The first 3 pictures are after 1 wash. The last picture is the day after my appt (no wash, thats how i walked out of the salon). My hair has been a weird fried unmanageable mess since also. Also to top ot off i had to pay more than double the quoted price. Which was several hundred dollars. I haven't been able to walk into any salon since. I have been so upset.
However, I will say everyone, including my stylist, was very nice.
