I just had to share the amazing service I received from Ray and Kevin at E&H Ace Hardware in Westlake, Ohio. These guys are absolute lifesavers!
I brought in my EGO electric power mower for repair, and Ray and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the get-go. They wasted no time in assessing the issue and explaining what needed to be done.
What really blew me away was how quickly they got the job done. I dropped off my mower in the morning, and by the end of the day, it was fixed and ready to go! Plus, they made sure to handle everything under my warranty, which saved me a ton of hassle.
Throughout the whole process, Ray and Kevin were friendly, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. I left the store feeling like I was in good hands, and my mower has been running like a dream ever since.
If you're ever in need of repairs or assistance, I highly recommend paying a visit to E&H Ace Hardware and asking for Ray and Kevin. They'll take care of you like family. Thanks a million, guys, for your fantastic service!

I was in there on Tuesday 12/12 with an odd request. I needed an adapter to connect an old carpet cleaner to my sink faucet. I have to say that Tony was more than helpful. He took his time to make sure I was purchasing the correct product and was patient with me considering I’m a novice when it comes to plumbing. I highly recommend using this convenient hardware store!

Today was my 3rd time at this location and once again I encountered a male employee saying I “couldn’t do” the project I came there buying things for and needed to hire someone to do what I was planning. If I was a man they would’ve treated me differently and helped me actually find what I came there for but instead I had to drive an extra 20 min to Home Depot.
