Bring partially colorblind , I rely on the sales staff to assist in any decisions to be made. I didn't catch the first salesperson that helped me , but Emma also assisted , and she nailed the look that I was after.

I had to leave the store because there was a huge white dog in the store. I should not have to get dog hair off of my clothes before I try them on or wash them before I take them home because I am extremely allergic. Once you allow pets in the store it smells like wet dog and is contaminated forever. And no it was not a service dog or dog for the blind. Love this store and spend a lot of money there but had to stop.

OMG, Mr. Nick was such an amazing help. I went to the store to purchase a pair of jeans and I end up leaving with an additional 3 outfits including the pants I was looking for. He demonstrated patients and helpfulness. Thanks express for having employees like him.

Beware of the body shaming employees. I left this store crying the last time I was there because the employees refused to help me and told me that the jeans I chose wouldn't fit me even in a size larger because my waist wasn't slim enough, I am maybe a size 7 and also 3 months postpartum. When I walked in and wasnt greeted, I walked around the whole store with a stack of clothes in my hand and no one offered to start me a fitting room until I asked. Meanwhile the size zero woman who walked in behind me was greeted and they started her a room after she had two items. I emailed express directly about a month ago and no one responded. So ladies if you have any body image issues don't go here.

extremely unwelcoming.. i was the only person in there who was african american and as i was shopping the workers there kept eyeballing me while i was shopping for pants. one came over and asked me if i needed help with anything after staring blatantly at me, i just said no just looking around. then once i found some pants i wanted i asked where the fitting rooms were at.. the worker took me to the GIRLS fitting room, i have to state he was a guy, too. i was trying on the pants and the guy comes back into the GIRLS fitting room banging on my room asking if anything is alright. why would there be something wrong? why do i seem suspicious to you? hmm sounds a bit fishy… mind you, i was the only one in the fitting room. i felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed there. ended up not even buying anything because it just was not worth it. not to mention but he had a horrible attitude and tone with me the whole time he spoke to me.

Had an awesome experience with Allie getting my fiancé suites for a wedding we are attending this weekend. She was extremely helpful in sizing as well as with suggestions throughout the entire process. If you’re ever in need of a last minute suit I highly recommend going to ExpressMen in Crocker Park and ask for Allie—lady knows her stuff!
