I've been with Fidelity for 20+ years and this branch is the most unprofessional I've encountered. It seems they've forgotten that without us, who needs them! I gave them a second chance and I'm sorry I did. But I got a great deal on shoes at Nordstrom Rack so the trip wasn't a total waste.?

whatever you do avoid this brokerage account. its the glitchiest that exists, period. randomly locked out of outbound wire transfers for acknowledged glitches (what a coincidence), randomly locked out of options trading levels, customer disservice claims these are glitches and it happens and if i want to trade i should call in every time because the electronic services are unreliable. One cs rep even offered to repay lost earnings which is uncommon, so uncommon the next two reps said they wouldnt do that! lol. Its just a joke company i wouldnt park more than $10 in. Zero competence, zero electronic platform functionality, zero customer service. Rip your money now.

Very disappointed. Called to make an appointment and the gentleman said he would transfer me to their investment advisors. I am hoping to retire and am anxious about it enough without trying to decide while talking on the phone. The person I spoke with was apparently on speaker phone. I mentioned I was having difficulty understanding him, but he didn’t get off the speaker…. I told him I would find help somewhere else and hung up. This is Fidelity?????

Terrible customer service. Advisors are no better either. If you invest with them you will never be able to pull your money out. Needless to say they are subpar advisors at best. During the height of the market our earnings with them were minimal. We fared a lot better with our business investments at another investment firm. As if they just invested your money and never looked at it to find better options or to move it to more profitable products. Their fees almost exceeded the earnings. When we wanted to pull our money out and take it elsewhere it was impossible. First we had to show up in person to sign account closure, which we did take the day off work and made the trip. We were told accounts will be closed and checks will be mailed. Never happened. Called back to check on the checks few months later, was transferred 17 times, never got to talk to anyone who was able to help. Now we are making another trip to physically try to get our money. We will see how today goes...

GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY OUT WHEN TIME COMES. THEY WILL LOOK YOU IN THE EYE AND LIE. IN ADDITION, YOU WILL NEED TO PREFORM CIRCUS TRICKS, JUMP THROUGH RINGS OF FIRE TO EVEN GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET YOUR MONEY OUT. DID NOT EXPECT THIS FOR AN INSTITUTION ON THIS LEVEL, BUT GULLABLE I AM.

Do not come in person. The doors are closed and you will end up talking to a representative through a tablet. She will direct your call through phone which you could do from home. Waiting time on the phone has been more than hour. It took me 4 calls with hour+ wait time to get to a person.

I am currently on hold for over 45 minutes. I will hang up soon and probably take my business elsewhere. I was in the process of transferring to Fidelity from another company and have a follow-up question to complete the process; if this is what I should expect from customer service, I think I'll stay where I am or continue looking. Disgraceful!
