I came in with my sisters and we were looking around and I noticed one of the workers started following us around the store. Everywhere we went she would come next to us and pretend to do something or ask us many times “are you girls doing alright?” She clearly thought we were going to steal. Never going back again.

Very nice clearance sell with some soft flowing cute clothes in nice variety of sizes. Had an unusually large lovely assortment of hair accessories like bands, barettes, bows, etc. Nice feminine feel & style to store & a pleasant staff.

Francescas is like by far one of my favorite stores. I love the clothes and accessories. I love all the little trinkets and fun gifts. Such a great shop.
I haven't had a bad experience at any of the shops and I've probably been to most of them in NE Ohio.
The staff, they really go above and beyond. I've had such amazing associates help me. They've always been helpful, they always have conversations with me. I know it's part of their job to talk to the customers, it at least always seems like they genuinely care, so I'll take that as good service. They make me feel like they care, I dont get a lot of adult conversation and a little goes a long way.
Each shop pretty much stocks the same product, some of them are not available in shop, but they are online. So one shop might have this in stock but another one won't get it in at all.
Definitely recommend stopping into one of the Francesca's boutiques, you won't be disappointed!
