“Aldi in general has been a lifesaver to me and my family as long as I can remember, their commitment to keeping prices low is appreciated.
This location is preferred for me. The employees are always hard at work and eager to help if you have a question. Self checkout is easy and convenient if you choose to use it.
My one and only complaint about Aldi is that some products I really enjoy have a way of disappearing from their stock for long periods of time. But that’s not so bad as it encourages me to try other products they offer, they’ve never let me astray.”
“My wife and I frequently shop the North Olmsted location, and we frequently have experienced excellent shopping conditions, culture, and positive interactions with staff members. Not to mention the products! Earlier today, I was shopping at Aldi in North Olmsted, and I experienced OUTSTANDING customer service. Above and beyond customer services, actually. I observed/experienced no less than 3 employees going above and beyond during my shopping experience. Thank you to them! Other shoppers were also experiencing and benefiting from the 3 employees professionalism and well above average customer service being exemplified. I was shopping around 10 am this morning 7/18.
