Ordered food to be ready after my sons football game. Came to pick it up & the workers were busy. Not a problem so I patiently wait. Another lady walks in and they helped her instantly. I walk up as soon as she leaves the kids walks back to the line totally ignoring me. I caught the girl’s attention & asked for my food. I only then was informed that they don’t have one of the items I ordered well over 2 hours ago. I wish they would have called to inform me of this because I then I had to wait another 10 minutes while they made a substitute item. Don’t have pumpkin howie bread on the menu if you don’t have it or if an item isn’t in stock that day, inform those who placed orders several hours ahead of time so their food will be ready like expected. If I knew we would have had to wait this long we would have went elsewhere. We specifically choose here so we wouldn’t have to wait after his game since it was already 8:30pm on a school night.

The flavored crust is great as was the toppings, if you never tried it give it a try, well worth it and price was amazing for the quality of the pizza..

I called to order 3 pizzas and wings to be delivered from hungry howies in Westlake and I was told I had to pay with a credit card as if my money wasn't green. So the Indian that answered the phone possibly from a call center in India told me that I couldn't pay in cash. It was a 97.00 order that they wanted to me to pay with a credit card. So I refused because I didn't want to give him my credit card info and I told him I wanted to pay cash instead. So he put me on hold a transferred me to the "manager" the phone rang about 5 times then it hung up. I have ordered from hungry howies in the past for more than 100.00 and paid in cash. I will never call and order from this establishment again and I wasted my time putting this order in and then having to be told how to pay. I will never order from them again. It's not worth the aggrevation. Anyways I ended up calling dominos pizza which was a much smoother transaction and I paid their driver 75.00 with tip for the driver. Yes the pizza was a much better deal dominos gave me 20% coupon right over the phone. And they were at my house in half an hour maybe less. Terrible service and business practice by hungry howies.

Excellent experience! We placed a very large order 25 min. Before closing. Even so they prepared my food fresh and perfectly correct. I even called to check the status 30mins AFTER they closed and the staff was still there, still answering phones even tho they didnt have too because they were technically closed and they answered all my questions patiently, politely and with pleasure. I appreciate the excellent service I received from the person answering the phone, the cook and the very polite delivery man whom ended up working a little late because of me that night. My husband and I agree this will be our go-to place. We ordered pizza, sandwhiches, salads, wings, sodas, etc. All excellent. Thank you guys

Love this pizza, I was heartbroken when they shutdown all the ones in by me. I have no clue why they did because they were busy all the time. Best flavor crust around

Rolled into Westlake, late this evening - asked the hotel clerk who is a good local pizza delivery? Hungry Howies! He was so Right! Crispy fluffy deep dish crust & that medium pizza was LOADED! It had to weigh 10 lbs! Sided it out with a chicken Ceaser salad - not your average 3-4 chunks of chicken ! Again - loaded with enough chicken for almost every bite & small order of an asian-y sauced hot wing - VERY GOOD! Can't forget to mention how HOT the pizza still was! Will definitely order from them again on our next visit in town! Thumbs up WESTLAKE! Thank You!
