The anniversary party for this clients was classy and well done. A wonderful and talented staff and a beautiful atmosphere make it a nice experience everytime. I am always happy with my hair when I leave there.

I have been going to Ibi David Salon for a while now and it is always a wonderful experience! The salon is decorated beautifully and is a clean and welcoming environment. You can tell that everyone who works there enjoys being there, and that they appreciate their clients. Gerta has been coloring and trimming my hair and always does an absolutely amazing job. She is also very kind, friendly and fun to talk to during the appointment. She is an absolute pro and every time I leave my visit I feel like a million bucks. I can’t recommend this salon or Gerta highly enough.

Yesterday, I received outstanding service from Melissa; she took her time to discuss my options, and together we settled on the hair color, cut, and style for my hair. I have been visiting Melissa for years, and I highly recommend her for any hairstyle issues you may have! Ibi David Salon was spotless and extremely tidy, featuring courteous personnel! I called over 15 salons in the local areas (North Olmsted, Westlake, Avon, Olmsted Falls) and this was the first one who didn’t give me an attitude for wanting a same day, were polite and answered all my questions, and made making an appointment easy. I was booked with Greta and she was amazing. She was kind, skilled, and made the experience very relaxing. My hair felt soft and overall look absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

Completely relaxed refreshed and rejuvenated after my pedicure by Gerta. Such enthusiasm from her about her job, kids, and her life! Not to mention leaving with beautiful pedicure. Wow!

It was a layered trim with balayage. Greta did a fantastic job. I was skeptical at first but the copper dye was a great match for my hair. Every step of the process was explained. However, I felt at certain points that I was not being taken seriously. I knew what I wanted going into it. Also, despite me denying the massage, styling, and catering, the bill still came out to be $225 (without tip). Thanks for getting me in but I didn't think I'll be back.
Edit: Obviously, based on the difference of opinion on what I asked for and what I got, I was not clued on to the specific monetary change to my service requests. Of course I 'questioned' the end result. Considering the price tag, I'd recommend this business provide physical examples of the different treatments and a copy of the services offered PRIOR to being performed, like a contract.

Hadn’t had my hair touched in months, about 7-8 months of regrowth..
Gerta lifted my hair to the ideal color I was hoping for. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy leaving the salon.

I had a great haircut (pixie cut) with Ean yesterday. He really listened to what I wanted and followed my pic perfectly. Also, the atmosphere is so soothing….. I’m grateful I live right down the block! PS…. Ibi, the owner, is lovely.

Today was my second time at Ibi David, and both visits were perfect. I went for the first time a few months ago for a haircut, and Christy did a great job! Months later, and it still falls perfectly. I went back today to try their new esthetician, Isabelle, and she was also excellent. I had a massage with her, and she was very kind and did a great job catering the massage to my needs. It was also such a treat to arrive and see that they had put out Valentines treats—champagne, delicious desserts, and roses—for their clients to celebrate. The owner was there and clearly so joyful and excited to share those treats with visitors to the salon. I truly appreciate a business owner who takes care of their clients and hires quality employees. Everyone there is always so nice and treats people with love. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked a last-minute appointment at the salon. I called ahead and said can you squeeze in my toddler for a haircut. They said yes and said it would be $40. So I pick her up take her to get her haircut and we’re waiting there for 15 minutes and someone comes out and says actually we don’t do toddler haircuts. The person you’re booked with is going to be $75. No other options were given to me, horrible service so we left. I said you should have told me that when I called??? She said yeah she’s new sooo… It’s not my fault your new person gave me wrong information? Do you know hard it is to convince a toddler to get their haircut in the first place?!
