I booked an appointment on Saturday after work to get measurements for 2 separate events. One event was being sourced through another vendor.. but I just needed measurements to send to the vendor (fair enough if you couldn't/didn't want to help me with this)... but then I just asked if I could proceed with getting measured/looking at some options for my own wedding... and your worker REFUSED to measure me.... the thing in which I booked an appointment to have done... So essentially, your worker wasted 2 hours of my day because he quite literally refused to do his job. Literally the bear minimum.

My fiancé and I have been so disappointed with this place. We went here at the end of June to get a suit for our wedding. We were helped by a younger girl at first who was not very helpful. Then we were helped by Peter and found a suit and it ended up being on sale too. We ordered the suit and got a group number for the wedding party. We were told if the price dropped anymore they would also honor the new price. We were promised that the suit wouldn’t go out of stock and that there was no rush for anyone else to get a suit. We were told to keep the suit there until we were ready for alterations. Fast forward 2 weeks later and our fathers order their suits and the price drops. We call and the girl we first worked with answers the phone and tells us she doesn’t know how to honor the new price. Then a few weeks later we get a call saying they are no longer making this suit anymore and my dad actually needs a completely different size of pants than the ones he was fit for. My Dad rushes in there the next day and they managed to find the pants in his size. Turns out the suit was never discontinued. Then my fiancé orders a suit rental from here for a wedding. He goes 2 days before the wedding to pick it up and the pants were way too short on him. He then asks to pick up his wedding suit because he wants to get it altered somewhere else and they tell him that they can’t find his suit! They ended up calling him that night and found the suit but lost his vest. They also fixed the rental pants but I had to send my Dad to make an extra trip out the next day to pick up both suits. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

I bought three pairs of pants on clearance after a few months where I would wear my wallet at there was a big hole starting to appear in all three pairs. I brought them back to the store and they basically tell me hey it happens, we discontinued them that's why we don't carry them anymore. I've purchased many clothing items from JOS A Bank, but these will probably be the last very disappointing. I understand it may be a 90-day limit on returns, but wow. Buyer beware. I'm not too upset because I didn't spend that much for them, but I would feel awful for someone who spent what they would want retail.

TERRIBLE!!! Our wedding is TOMORROW and my fiancé is leaving without his full suit rental!!!! He’s now having to scramble going to Macy’s to try and find a pair of pants to purchase that will work. We will never do business with these clowns ever again. BEWARE!

My girlfriend and I went into the Crocker Park store looking for a suit over Labor Day weekend. Peter greeted us and spent a considerable amount of time talking with us about styles and having me try on different suit jackets. He was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. Ultimately Jos Bank did not have a suit for me, but Peter is the kind of guy that I want to buy clothes from. I'll be back.

Came here with my husband to get measured for a suit for a wedding. The store did not have the exact suit and color option that was set for the wedding party, so the salesmen and manager said the only other option was a custom suit that started at $400. We left, and came back and was helped by someone else who was able to find a matching alternative and purchased a suit for less then $100. I would be very wary when shopping here.

Getting married soon(with the grace of God).Shopped around at all the big name gentleman attire retail stores, Jos A Banks is by far assisting me greater than the rest! I walked in was greeted by David. Since that first visit to 30* of my friends & family getting sized up, David has helped us extremely through it all. Suck a huge weight off my shoulders! Thank you David & too all the Jos A Banks Of Westlake team.

Went in looking for a white shirt , that’s it , a white shirt to wear on a suit , I needed a new one . I went in two days in a row . The first day I walked in and tried to look at the white shirts section myself , no one came or was curious what am I doing ? weird . I saw he was helping a customer , not continuously , so I thought it doesn’t have to be about me and left and thought they were busy , walking out no one asked “how can I help you “ or “did you find what you want “.Next day ( I live at Crocker) , same thing, went in , now this time the store had a couple , one man was helping the couple , the second was just standing , the same guy from the day before , older , bald …. Seems nice , but how would I know ? ?He saw me , nothing , he said nothing he was standing at the end of the room in the back , I promise you people I look like a normal man ?Anyway , I had looked at shirts at banana and bought one the day before when I wasn’t helped , because I need the shirt , I still needed a new belt , so I went to the belts and picked one ( belts are set service , thank god ) , I should’ve just walked out with the belt, I bet he would have said nothing either and I would’ve kept it for free ? ! It’s a very strange experience .Anyway , I specifically asked him at that point , scared a bit that I might bother him ?:” are you able to check me out ? “ He acted like he is in a trance and then said : … “oh yeah sure “ ? ( “sure “?)While I was at it and had him walking me to the front , am like that’s my chance to ask yay!!!! , so I asked : “am looking for white slim fitted shirts on a charcoal suit to wear without a tie casually for an event , I swear to god he looked at me and said :” hmm , your neck is like mine , your neck probably above 18 , so any shirt would not look slim fit on you “!!!! First he VISUALLY made the neck measurement , second my neck is actually 17.5 inches ! ? , third am fit and athletic 6’3”.At that point , I didn’t elaborate . He didn’t even ask to measure even though I know my measurement , or even ask about the number to give me a shirt to try !!!!!! ( knowing the measuring tape is around his neck , you know from all the hard work he does measuring all day apparently ?).He’s like : “ you be better perhaps to tailor one probably “ : I swear to god .( like almost completely eliminating the chance that they have anything for me ???, just like that !Btw I am previous customer , and actually the shirt am buying is to wear on a suit from their store I bought more than a year ago , but back then the staff was honestly exceptional, a very nice suite with no tailoring or anything back the , I found it there and it fits perfect, again , bought more than a year ago .I payed and left .I tried not to take it personal , I tried to think he is tired or underpayed for the job, I have respect for individuals older than me so I won’t say more , but I can’t help not feel I was unwelcome and even mistreated , but I don’t know why !I don’t write bad reviews usually , but honestly I felt mistreated for some reason and insulted , sorry guys , but I had to write this one to feel better .It’s a good store , I hope next time my experience will be different . Or maybe , we should find how to buy our suits online , as service has gone down the drain apparently . Weird .

Went in yesterday to buy a suit and worked with the most incompetent, unprofessional, and unhelpful employee I think I've ever seen in my life. He couldn't do anything himself. Literally. He couldn't use the computer, he didn't know how to take my measurements, he couldn't ring up the right price, etc. etc. etc. Every two minutes he was calling for help from someone else. Not to mention, he had a terrible attitude and was badmouthing the place like he wasn't the one with the problem.I had to end up going up to another employee (Jack) asking if he could stop what he was doing to help me instead. I had 0 confidence that my order would have been right if my original salesman had finished it himself.

Expensive but great service! Suggest getting tailoring somewhere else since they only have one on hire. Gave us a good deal on a custom jacket for my father and it looks awesome.

My husband was in a wedding in May for his brother (he was the best man). We went in Jan/Feb to get measured and all was well. Then we go to pick up the suit (luckily) the Wednesday before the wedding. The suit was ENORMOUSLY large on him. The guy who had measured him put him in a “big and tall” suit for a guy that is 6’4” and my husband is 5’11”.Jack was semi-helpful, but the kid that was working was useless. They luckily were able to get us a rush ordered suit that would be in by Friday. They said they would call immediately when it arrived to the store.Come Friday… no call and we needed to get the rehearsal. My husband called and was left on hold for around 15-20 mins waiting. Finally they said it “should be here” so we left and drove over. Upon entering the store, no one helped us, which was shocking because we had to have looked panicked and in a rush. We knew where the suits were from Wednesday for rentals, so my husband went into the back and got it himself.It was the same suit. My husband walked out of the dressing room and the only guy available was this young kid who had NO CLUE. Finally Peter came out and found the new suit in the back. The suit fit, but was not steamed and everything was slow moving. It ended up working about, but a situation where, we are paying for the SERVICE of having the suit READY on time and FITTING and that was not the case. Peter & Jack seem to be the only guys who knows anything about suits in the entire store.Unfortunately my husband is in another wedding and they are using Jos A Banks. We will NOT be going to this location to get fitted or ever go here again.

Promote Jack. Fire the rest of them. Especially the girl working there. Jack was great. I gave three stars because of the rest of staff. They stood around and told jack to do mostly everything laughing at him at times to. Embarrassing.

10 out of 10. Go see David. I will add pictures later but what an incredible experience. The value is out of this world.
