I have been a client at KeyBank for going on 20 years now 2 decades!!!! I just want to say that I could not be more pleased or say enough wonderful things about the company, branch and staff as a whole! I truly feel like a person and a member of the family and not just another number when I bank with Key! Everything from setting up checking and savings accounts, credit cards, IRA's, debit cards to basic transactions I always feel like KeyBank has my back and is always looking out for my best interests!!!! From branch managers to personal bankers all the way to the tellers themselves I feel like I know them all and have had nothing but great experiences with every single one of them!!!! I have just started going to this branch on Columbia Road (1 of 5 branches) I'm a regular at and already feel welcome with the friendly and professional staff there! Merima Veljak, Marisol Cabrera, Rory Patton, Brie, Steve and Patrick make such an outstanding team and are truly awesome people!!!! I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff at this branch and look forward to being a regular at this branch too!!!!

I absolutely love coming to this branch!!!!! The bank tellers are so sweet the guys are great always make time to talk to you joke with you. Always smiling even behind their masks their so friendly and willing to help

Takes 45 minutes to an hour or more trying to go through the teller boths outside... OPEN THE LOBBY BACK UP ALREADY

I witnessed them having taken several people for a lot of money with their gimmicks. I didn't think it'd happen to us but it did. We are working class penny countin' people who can't save & live check to check like most people. So thanks a lot Key bank for making us not be able to eat or pay bills this month. Do not bank here unless you wanna pay that overdraw fee over and over. They will gouge you for one cent over and not tell you about it until it racks up hundreds of dollars in fees! Within a few hours we were in the hole. Our check was going in the next morning! But it wasn't fast enough. We had just called for our balance the night before n everything was fine. I think they need to up their game, and have a 24hr grace period before slamming people with fees, like Huntington does.

The employees were pleasant, but the bank will find anyway they can to take your money. This is a major reason we "closed" the account. We tried "closing" the account, and although we signed a form saying the account was closed they left it open and charged us several fees without telling us. We didn't find out until almost a year later that this happened. When we tried to resolve the issue, they wouldn't accept responsibility for leaving the account open and we had to pay all the fees. We are very upset about this to say the least!!
