They have a mandatory unexpected extra fee for “digital screening” when you get into the office that they fail to mention on the phone. Maybe they are good doctors, but I won’t know because this simple lack of customer service.
I just wanted to update my prescription and they wasted my time.

Benjamin at Crocker Park was great. Very helpful with my son and I. It was my sons first time and he needed glasses. My wife and I have been trying to get him comfortable with needing glasses and Benjamin immediately picked up on it and came over to help.

Everyone was kind and courteous. The doctor took the time to explain what she saw on my tests. Heather the Apprentice was incredibly helpful. She knew what I was looking for and I found a great pair of Ray Bans I would have missed otherwise. She explained the charges clearly and helped me with a cheaper spare pair. The whole experience was pleasant. (Music was good too).

This was my first ever eye exam done professionally and I can say without a doubt that it was a wonderful experience. There was a pleasant mix of professionalism and casual down to earth joking and chatting. There were some technical issues going on while i was picking out frames due to a massive event going on outside but my man Ben kept me up to speed with the process as it went along while providing me with any info I asked for and kept me comfy with pleasant conversation. Lots of laughs were shared with him, if you come here for your first time or even as a returning customer I highly recommend seeking out Ben to assist you if he is there. 5 star rating for a 5 star experience.

Ben was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. He was extremely helpful picking out glasses! Wonderful experience! The doctor for the exam was wonderful as well! The whole staff was very welcoming! Will be my new go-to place!

When I tell you I hate shopping for glasses - I mean I HATE it. I have opted for buying online for a while but was overdo for a pair and decided I’d stop in here and see if I found anything. I had a WONDERFUL experience - all thanks to Ben. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful without being pushy and following my every move.A breath of fresh air at LensCrafters!
