The staff was very friendly and they make sure the go over all costs and contract requirements. The also make sure, you are comfortable with the entire process and that you have their daily hours and the ability to have the pass code to enter the facility during their available hours. The manager Josh was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. The facility was clean. I asked about if they have experienced any flooding and Josh said he has been therexI believe 15 or more years, and nothing has happened.

The storage units were well-maintained and the staff were quick to respond when we had questions. I found it very convenient to be able to use the app to access the storage area at any time that we needed to. Overall, it was a great experience.
